Just remodeled Spring 2018! Added another full bathroom and remodeled both existing bathrooms - they are beautiful - all bathrooms have been upgraded with new gorgeous tile flooring, tiled showers and brand new vanities. There is a very spa-like feel to the new bathrooms that is sure to please! This beautiful, pool front home is a 3 bed/2 bath rental sleeping 8 guests in the highly sought-after Grove by the Sea Community. As you enter Grove by the Sea, True Peace, is the first home you will encounter. In addition to having the best location in the neighborhood, True Peace is also the closest home to the pool! True Peace has incredible views of the community pool throughout the house.This home is a wonderful, family-friendly vacation rental that includes toys for your family’s use. Located just over a quarter of a mile from the gorgeous, white-sanded Seagrove Beach!

When you first walk into the home, you are welcomed by a large, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that provides you with the perfect place to entertain, relax and enjoy time with loved ones.The kitchen area also just received new backsplash so it is very light, airy and modern! Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms: 1 spacious queen bedroom, sleeping 2 of your guests, and 1 Twin Bunk combo bedroom to sleep 2 more of your guests.

Renters will be thrilled to find that the entire 2nd floor is a large master retreat made complete with a spacious king bed with new bedding and window treatments, a sitting area, large private balcony, and an oversized bath that has just been remodeled (Spring 2018). This master bath is absolutely gorgeous! No need for a trip to the spa!

This location is perfect for a wide range of events including couples retreats, family events, holidays, vacation reunions, church outings, or even friend or high school reunions. With this home, you will find wonderful amenities like a shared community pool, and commercial outdoor grill for your enjoyment. With only a few steps separating you from the winding 30A bike path, the whole family is sure to enjoy the 18+ mile path that stretches from Rosemary Beach, all the way to Grayton!

If you’re interested in is boutique shopping or first-class dining, you will find no shortage of that along 30A! All around, you will see an abundance of magnificent shops, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance, or a short drive to any of the surrounding communities. At a less expensive price point than Seaside – and located just next door – this home is the perfect spot for your next trip!

    Gorgeous property. 6 adults & 1 infant - perfect. Cristina was very accommodating. Didnt know that it came with 4 bicycles, great extra. Nice bike ride to Seaside, less than a mile away. The 22 year olds didnt even know about "the Truman Show" so we watched it there.

    This place happily accommodated 2 families of 4. We had one yr old twins, a 5 yr old and 8 yr old. The beach was so close and the pool even. Loser which was great. Loved the screened porch and spent lots of time there. Everything we needed!

    This was first time visit to panhandle and 30-A. We loved it and would definitely come back. True peace was nestled in a quiet family community next to pool and close to everything
    . We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch which was our favorite part of the house. We have already re commended this place and Seagrove beach to many!

    We had a great time staying at True Peace. We had two families with five young children total and the house worked great. The walk to the beach isn't bad, but we rented a golf cart which made it extremely easy. Best feature is that the pool is right across the street!
