This five-bedroom vacation home boasts a unique floor plan and has the ability to comfortably sleep up to 25. It is located just minutes away from the acclaimed sugary shores and luminescent glistening gulf waters of Blue Mountain Beach. This is a perfect place for a large gatherings with guest quarters that are on three separate levels with a main open living area in between. The classic exteriors of Blue Heron are done in light blues with creamy white trim, providing a cheerful nautical look.

The first floor comprises one part of the guest quarters with a separate entrance for coming and going and a mini fridge, coffee station and microwave for easy and quick dining. Here you will find a crisp clean regally appointed bedroom with a king size bed and an over sized wall mounted TV. It shares a full bathroom with an adjoining Bunk Room that includes ample space and a large wall mounted TV. Looking to grill outdoors, guests can wait in luxury at the large screened in porch with modern decor!

A balcony on the second floor greets guests and provides a peaceful respite for quiet evenings. Gorgeous hardwood-flooring flows throughout the second floor providing a warm, comfortable ambiance. The main living room has a seating ensemble that faces a large TV for entertainment that is surrounded by ship lap and tasteful artwork. You will also find a queen sized sleeper sofa in the main living area with a separate sitting area includes a sleeper sofa for 2. A formal dining table seats 12 while other tables have multiple chairs so a large group can enjoy with plenty of room for everyone. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an open island with counter height seating providing another spot to enjoy or entertaining. Just off the kitchen lays a full bathroom for guests of the main living quarters. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a classic modern beach headboard and includes a private luxury bathroom en suite. This bathroom features double vanities, a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.

The other guest quarters are on the third floor with a sitting area that includes a queen and twin size sleeper sofa facing a wall mounted TV. A full Jack and Jill bath adjoins a guest bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a bunk room. Each of these rooms also features a flat screen TV.

This convenient location in Blue Mountain Beach places you a short 4 minute walk from the area’s Blue Wave Award winning beaches with acclaimed cleanliness and natural beauty. Restaurants, friendly beach bars, galleries, specialty boutiques are also within walking distance. The famous Blue Mountain Creamery and RedFish Village are two musts to try with eating and a general store for your stay. The area also boasts award winning seasonal festivals that can't be missed! Family amusements, fine dining and lively bars are also found a fairly short distance away at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.
