With a private dock out into Eastern Lake and south of 30A, renters are treated to a peaceful retreat. Guests can relax by the treelined heated pool or take a casual walk down the dock and enjoy serenity lakeside. Ready for the beach? You can get there by kayak, bike or walk in no time at all.

The first floor offers a large rec room, kitchen and bunk room with access to pool, dock and garage with ping pong table. The main floor offers a tastefully appointed, open living concept featuring a gas fireplace, expansive windows & open chef's kitchen. Step outside onto the enormous covered deck and enjoy the sunset views across your private heated pool & private dock to Eastern Lake. Also located on this floor is an office area with desk, powder room and 2 bedrooms each with a private bath. The third floor offers a spacious master suite with a large private deck as well as an additional bedroom with private bath. Newly installed hardwood floors throughout complete the beach look of this home. Each level has its own laundry room! Perfect for one large family or multiple families.

Your small pet is welcome to join you at Happy Ours. The large fenced-in back yard allows your furry friend to have a great vacation as well.

    Very nice home, completely updated with nothing but the best appliance.
    We rented a golf cart to take us to the beach with our beach gear which is necessary.
    The kids were able to fish, swim in the private pool or go bike riding when they wanted.
    Great trip!

    The house is incredible... great size and set up for large families or multiple families staying. We had 8 adults and 8 kids and were never crowded. The outdoor areas are great too while the amenities are top notch. Our only drawback was the location as far as how close it is to the beach if you walk, or even if you park in the public area. With a large group, we had a lot of beach gear and it was a long haul... 15 minute walk minimum. Besides that, really, really great place to stay. Benchmark was awesome to work with as well!
