Surrounded by oaks and magnolias, this custom-built home sits securely behind a gated entry, tucked between Seaside and Watercolor. The Hammocks is an ideal location for those who want to be within walking/biking distance to Seaside and Watercolor but have a nice, quiet place to relax away from the crowds. This home is a short stroll to beach access, Surfing Deer and Seagrove Village MarketCafe, Bud and Alleys and Seaside/Watercolor. The homeowner has provided a beach wagon and $200 Live Well beach amenity credit to make your stay even more enjoyable!

On the first floor, the living room has floor-to-ceiling shiplap walls, large windows, and French doors that lead out to a wonderful sitting/dining area on the deck. The first floor open concept design allows for the group to be all together, whether you are in the kitchen dining or living area! Just off the living room you will find a beautiful dining room table that was custom made locally and comfortably seats 8. Across from the dining table, there’s a sleek breakfast bar with additional seating for four more guests. The breakfast bar is perfectly positioned to let guests visit with everyone in the kitchen and living room! In the kitchen, there’s plenty of room and counter space to cook large meals together with family and friends. This kitchen is a special treat, fully equipped with all BIG CHILL appliances including a 5 burner gas range! There’s a 1/2 bath conveniently off the main living area, as well as one of the home's King bedrooms that features a luxurious king-size bed, a TV, and a private en-suite bath.



Upstairs

At the top of the stairs you will find an inviting sitting area with two futon couches, a coffee table and wall mounted TV. This is a great area for the kids to hang out, play games and watch television. There are floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the screened-in porch area for the 2nd floor. To the right of this area you will find the 2nd bedroom in the home. This is the Queen bedroom; it has a wall mounted TV, private en-suite bath and a door that leads out to the screened-in deck area. Down the hall you will find a full laundry room that also has a balcony - You can rock in the rocking chairs while doing the laundry! Next, you will come to the bunk room - this is a very unique space with 6 custom twin bunk style beds. The top beds are very high, perfect for older kids! Across from the bunk room is full bathroom. At the end of the hall is the other King bedroom with a wall mounted TV and private en-suite bath! As you can see, this house is the answer to all of your Driftwood Dreams!!
