This beautifully and comfortably designed vacation rental getaway is located on the beach within the resort of San Remo in the area of Santa Rosa Beach known as Dune Allen Beach.

It’s a large end unit with 2100 square feet featuring upgraded tile flooring throughout the living, dining area, kitchen, and baths. Enjoy astonishing views of the massive swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico from the oversized balcony which is accessible from both the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen features granite countertops with a large island, all stainless steel appliances, plus a wide array of dishes, pots, pans and utensils, making it a pleasure to dine in at home. The living area offers plenty of seating, a stereo system and large TV where you can watch free movies by accessing the DVD kiosk located at the check-in office. The round solid wood dining table can seat up to 6 people for dining or game playing, and the expansive open bar area has 3 bar stools for additional seating. All 3 bedrooms feature comfortable carpeting, flat screen TV’s with DVD players and private bathrooms. There are twin bunk beds off the entry with a convenient half bathroom located in the hallway. You’ll love the newly renovated master bathroom which features granite countertops, whirlpool bath and a large glass walk-in shower. Even the laundry room features full size state-of-the-art washer and dryer. All Linens are provided in the unit upon your arrival, so all you need is to grab your beach towels for an enjoyable vacation at San Remo!

    Benchmark Management literally saved our vacation by finding us somewhere to stay when another rental company cancelled our reservation in the middle of the night. They went above and beyond to find us somewhere to stay and get the property ready. This condo is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and has everything you need to prepare meals. Even though it is a condo there is plenty of room and the balcony is huge with direct ocean front view! I would recommend this property but more importantly I would recommend Benchmark Management and will be using them again!
