Just Add Water Guest
This was the 3rd year that we have rented Just Add Water and it was the best rental experience of the 3 years. The new owner of the house put allot of money into upgrades and the house was in great shape. The location is excellent in that it is a 5 minute walk
to the Seacrest Village. The young grandchildren like the small pool in the backyard.
Benchmark Management by far exceeds our expectations in service. They are spot on if there is a question or something needs to be repaired. We are looking forward to our return for the 4th year.

I just wanted to leave a compliment on your website or some other public posting where your potential customers can see my comment. A month or so ago I had a technology malfunction on the HomeAway app while attempting to book a property. I made several phone
calls to try and rectify the situation where I ended up with 2 reservations for 2 different properties. I didn't receive any real help from HomeAway but Benchmark Management was FANTASTIC in terms of your customer service. Your staff listened to my explanation
of the situation, understood the problem and were polite, helpful and prompt in resolving my issue. The next time I am looking to rent in the area, I will call Benchmark Management directly. So pleased with the service I received from Benchmark Management!

We started working with Benchmark Management nine months ago to manage our property along 30A. To date, they have met and exceeded all of our expectations. As an out of state homeowner we were very selective when choosing a firm. We knew we wanted someone
