Operating out of a vintage Airstream trailer, The Meltdown specializes in creating gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches that are made with homemade, locally sourced ingredients. They're located just steps from the Gulf of Mexico directly on scenic Highway 30A in the heart of Seaside, Florida.
