Bring Your Best Friend to Rosemary Beach!

The community of Rosemary Beach and Alaqua Animal Refuge invites you to bring your best 4-legged friend out for the 2^nd Annual “Unleashed” event. One of the many things I love about South Walton is the fact that it is a dog-friendly town, a place where people treat their pets as one of the family.

It’s not unusual to see a person dining alfresco with their well-behaved pet by their side. A favorite past-time for many is walking down beautiful beachside paths with their pooch or chauffeuring them in a basket while riding a bike.  Because South Walton is such an animal-loving community they’ve dedicated a full afternoon of tail-wagging fun!

The 2^nd Annual Rosemary Beach “Unleashed” is a festival where dogs can compete in a variety of competitions such as: Children’s Handling, Most Talented, Best Trick, Doggy Fashion Show, and much more. Live music, food, giveaways, and an agility demonstration are planned for the afternoon, as well as a Christmas surprise! Bring the entire family out for this event that benefits the Alaqua Animal Refuge on Sunday, December 9^th from 1:00-4:00pm.
