South Beach Meets Seagrove

11082 South Beach meets Seagrove Beach were my first thoughts when passing the construction site of an almost ready V Seagrove Restaurant.

For this Miami girl, born and raised, now residing in Destin, Florida, dining at V Seagrove was a must! The problem is it would be compared to the many famous and frequented restaurants of South Beach. The results…. Amazing!

The atmosphere was completely South Beach style, relaxed and eclectic. Resort casual dress code, so comfortable and not stuffy was the feel for the evening. The menu was appetizing and the fare met my every expectation!

I ordered the black grouper, my sister the fish and grits, and my husband the carnivore, Black Angus Filet Mignon. All different delicacies all the best we’ve ever had! Fresh ingredients paired with the perfect cocktail made this meal memorable. One that I’ve come back to enjoy time and time again. To be perfectly honest I was way too full for desert but felt I owed it to you, the inquisitive public to at least take a bite of the salted dark chocolate cake. Need I say anymore, salt and chocolate put together? To die for! My one bite quickly became two and three, well you get the picture.

If visiting Seagrove or a local who has just not had a chance to try this divine new restaurant, give V Seagrove a try and make it your new favorite Emerald Coast eatery! Ck the V out on Facebook!
