Girls Getaway on 30A

There is nothing like a weekend away with the girls. The beaches of South Walton are perfect for a relaxing and fun time with your best girlfriends. Whether you’re taking a walk on beautiful white sand beaches catching up on the latest, lounging in a beach chair sipping on something with a tiny umbrella, or browsing through unique seaside shops and boutiques, 30A has something all the girls will love. Rosemary Beach on 30A has dedicated a whole weekend just for the girls.

The 10th Annual Girls Getaway weekend takes place January 29th through February 1st. While the boys may have their Super Bowl Sunday the girls can enjoy a 4 day weekend with activities planned with the ladies in mind. On Thursday, January 29th at 7pm, ladies can check in at Rosemary Beach Town Hall where they will be served wine and light snacks. Soon to follow is the Songwriters Concert featuring Kaci Bolls and Nicole Witt. On Friday, January 30th, enjoy an afternoon of Champagne & Tablescapes, as well as book signings and a welcome reception in the newly constructed Rosemary Beach Owner’s Center.

On Saturday, January 31st, all girls are invited to Wild Olives for a special food and wine pairing with Chef Chris Trovas. Girls Getaway has scheduled a fabulous Jewelry Trunk Show from 12-4pm. After all, diamonds are a girl’s best friend. End the evening with dinner, dancing, and a silent auction! It’s a perfect ending to a perfect day with the girls. On Sunday, February 1st, the men will most likely be drinking beer and chowing down on a menu meant for tailgating.

The girls however will be relishing mimosas and memories at a special Sunday Brunch. Then head back to a cozy beachside cottage with beautiful views of the gulf for a little girl talk and chic flicks. The perfect end to a super Sunday no ‘bowl’ about it!
