The 12 Nights of Lights

Beginning December 3 and running every Friday through Saturday leading up to Christmas, Baytowne Wharf presents; The 12 Nights of Lights. Watch 3 dazzling light shows on the Village tree at 6:00, 7:00, and 8:00 pm. Stroll the Village of Baytowne Wharf once the sun goes down and enjoy beautiful holiday décor &  lights throughout the village. Have a drink and a bite to eat in this magical holiday venue.

The REP: Every Christmas Story Ever Told

This is tradition and a must when visiting 30A during the holidays. The REP Theatre’s holiday smash hit, Every Christmas Ever Told, brings you all your favorite holiday classics with a twist. Get ready for a high energy show with lots of laughs. It’s the perfect way to get ready for the holiday season and share some cheer. Bring your chairs and holiday spirit to Seaside’s Post Office December 10-12 and December 17-23.

Hotel Effie’s Ara Rooftop

The only rooftop pool and lounge on the Emerald Coast puts on an unforgettable New Year’s Eve. Hotel Effie invites you to ring in 2022 with spectacular fireworks and a New Year’s celebration. Enjoy cocktails and a show with some of the best views in town.

Beach Ball Drop

Say goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022 at Pier Park. This annual celebration on December 31 puts on an incredible fireworks show at one of our favorite outdoor venues. Live bands perform as 10,000 inflated beach balls drop from the center of Pier Park. Times Square has nothing on this beach ball drop celebration!

Where will you be this holiday season? Hopefully in a cozy 30A vacation rental ready to take on the celebration like never before. Here’s to a new year! Happy holidays from 30A.
