Cassine Gardens Townhomes

We're honored to be able to offer our guests 5 choices in this townhome neighborhood.  All of the townhomes feature 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.  The kitchen and living areas are on the first floor with both bedrooms upstairs.  Enjoy patios and balconies surrounded by trees and all the sounds of nature.  Calming blue surrounds you at Cassine Gardens 186 where you'll enjoy quick access to the outdoor green space - perfect for picnics!, Cassine Gardens 219 is sure to delight with flamingo flair.

You'll be cozy and comfortable at Cassine Gardens 202!  You're just steps from one of the pools with a stay at 202.  You'll love the bright and beachy feel at Cassine Gardens 203. With all the touches of turquoise and coral, you'll feel right at home on your 30A getaway.

Cassine Station Condos

Cassine Station is a contemporary building that has won architectural awards for its unique design. Cassine Station is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all Scenic 30A has to offer.  The beach access is just across 30A about 175 yards.  We offer 2 condos in this building for 30A vacation rentals, Cassine Station 302 and Cassine Station 207.  Both units offer 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. 302 also features hallway bunks.
