Wine tastings, wine festivals, wine walkabouts, wine dinners, boutique wine shops, and the list goes on. If you’re a wine lover visiting 30A, here are a few of our favorite festivals and wine spots!
Third Thursday Wine Walkabout
Gulf Place Merchants host the Third Thursday Wine Walkabout, you guessed it, every third Thursday of the month. For $25, attendees can enjoy samplings of hand-selected wines, light appetizers, live music, and giveaways while visiting all the unique Gulf Place shops. From 5-7pm sip and shop for jewelry, artwork, clothing and more!
The Wine Festival at Baytowne Wharf
Welcome to a premier wine event that will blow you away. The Festival takes place April 15th-18th, 2021 at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Miramar Beach. The main event, Grand Wine Tastings, showcase over 500 domestic and international wines over a two-day span. Talk to vineyard owners and winemakers as you sip on some of your favorite blends. Savory appetizer tents pop up throughout the festival allowing guests to pair delicious bite size morsels with their grape of choice. Add a tent featuring bubbly and desserts along with live entertainment…what can we say…Chef’s Kiss!
NEAT at Alys Beach 30A
This ‘NEAT’ Bottle Shop features a curated collection of wines as well as artisan spirits and craft beers. The helpful and knowledgeable staff will help you find the perfect bottle to bring back to your 30A vacation rental. Before you head home stop off at the Tasting Room. Adjacent to the Bottle Shop, this chic venue encourages you to discover a variety of wines paired with shareable plates, snacks, and charcuterie boards. Stop in every Tuesday to enjoy live music from 5-7pm.
Wine World WaterColor
Wine World is one of our favorite local wine spots. Locally owned, this is the perfect place to enjoy a gourmet meal in a sophisticated yet not stuffy setting with an extensive wine list. You’ll never get bored with the delicacies and cluster of wine options that Wine World WaterColor has to offer. So … wine lunch or wine dinner? Well, that’s up to you! Here on 30A, we prefer to do both.
On 30A you can have the beach and drink your wine too. Discover some of our favorite wine events and venues.
