The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation, including a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker. Casual meals can be enjoyed at the kitchen counter with bar stools, or step out to the private balcony for outdoor dining. The balcony’s table and chairs provide an ideal spot to enjoy meals while taking in the stunning water views. The open floor plan ensures a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere throughout the condo.

The master bedroom is a restful space with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking Gulf views. The second bedroom, featuring twin-over-twin bunks, is great for kids or additional guests and has easy access to a nearby third bathroom.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods
