Nice beach house

This 3 bedroom house was spacious and had close beach access. The bedrooms were large, dining/living space was large. The new couch was nice as well! The kitchen was well stocked, there's a Keurig and regular coffee maker and a crockpot. Grill out back was nice. A few rooms for improvement: cleaning service needs improvement. Generally speaking the house was clean but upon arrival we found old socks and washcloths around the house. The floors upstairs are wood, they could use a deep clean or some area rugs. The entryways could also use some bigger rugs to help keep the floors clean. The pool our back was great, with 4 chairs to sit in. The yard/weeds needed some attention, at Benchmark handled that quickly. Also, one of the bunk beds needs maintenance. Very wobbly and squeaky. We were hesitant to put a kid on the top bunk. Overall, decent place just a few minor details to be taken care of

The house and pool exceeded our expectations! The rental credits that we used to rent bikes was a popular plus with our young adults!! The new decor was great! The location was fantastic. Seems we were close to everything. Great time was had by all!!!

The house was very clean and comforting. All the needs to make it feel like home. Would recommend getting a baby gate to have on hand and not have to rent it. The property was quiet and very close to the beach. Definitely will be back.

Pleasant Surprise

We have been to 30A several times, we chose to stay at this rental for the price and location. The home is in a great location, clean and had everything we needed. The decor is not updated, however the upstairs shower seems to be newer. The beds were comfortable, the crows nest was our favorite place for coffee each morning. The pool was an added plus! The walk to the beach- a breeze. If you want a fancy house, this is not it. But, if you want a budget friendly, cozy home that is in close proximity to the beach & Seaside Square, it’s a great option.

Mostly very enjoyable. However, the wifi needs to be upgraded, so much of the time we had no connection. I realize on vacation you shouldn't be on your devices, but a lot of reservations for activities are via the web.

This was a great house that had plenty of room for my friends and I. The location was great as it was within walking distance to the beach. The beach was wonderful and had plenty of space for us to lay out. The pool was a nice to come back to after being at the beach. Will definitely come back again!

Overall, White Sand was an ok place because of it’s proximity to the beach. It had an easy access, straight path and short walk to the beach. It had amenities that our families enjoyed - pool, TV with cable in every room, washer/dryer and heated outdoor shower. But our initial reaction wasn’t favorable. The wood floors in the upstairs were dirty, stovetop was dirty and gum was found in the dishes. It was also rather inconvenient that the only way to access the pool from the house was through a bedroom. However, for the price and it’s location, we were able to overlook these issues.

White Sand is the perfect combindation of beach time and pool time. It is an easy walk to the beach-however be aware the public beach area is very small at the base of the stairs-two private beaches on each side. The house has plenty of kitchen amenities and space for everyone!

A Thanksgiving Get A Way

The pictures don't do justice. This was an amazing property!!! My family and I knew that 90% of our time would be spent at the property because of COVID. Unfortunately, the satellite didn't work our entire stay so no television but we managed to make the best of it. The pool was extremely cold but we made the best of that as well. But a 3-minute walk to the beach made up for EVERYTHING!!!

Great vacation

House was perfect for our family. We had a great vacation during the pandemic. We’re able to enjoy the private pool. The house was awesome, space layout was perfect for our family and Benchmark was very responsive to our needs. Only had one issue with need for baking pan. They sent a new one over within one hour. Will certainly will rent from them again.

Relaxing week in the Sand

We loved this house and had a great stay. Located on a quiet rock road. The beach walk entrance is only a few steps away and directly across from Pelayo St. The pool was definitely a perk After a long day at the beach. Lots of room and we loved the view “top of seagrove” from the tower. We did have to contact maintenance and they were very helpful, professional and responded in a timely manner. When renting a golf cart for the week, know that the outside electrical socket trips a lot and the socket to “reboot” is on the back porch. Beautiful pool and loved it but could never find a switch to turn on the pool light at night. The ice maker in the refrigerator is very slow. The air conditioner works great!! We enjoyed our stay and will probably be back to this house.

Great house for the family. The downstairs bedroom opens up to the pool area so you have to go through that person's bedroom. Nice to have the three bathrooms. The upstairs has an additional AC unit and it is difficult to keep the upstairs bedroom cool without keeping the doors open. The house set up isn't ideal for multiple families. The decoration in the house if very basic. They need to add some pyrex dishes and storage containers to their supply. There are plenty of frying pans though. Enjoy!

Needs some work on floors and furniture location was fine I don't think your cleaning people did to good of a job cleaning we had to clean the refrigerator before we put food in it

Oh and the pool - when you need a break from the sand you can walk the short distance back home and enjoy your own private pool!
