This was the perfect stay for just my husband and I! We absolutely loved it. We will be back! It was an easy walk to the beach and easy walk to a few restaurants! The management got right back to me if I had any problems!

One of the best places we have stayed at. The condo was very clean, updated, has everything you need in the kitchen. The check in, check out process was very easy. The location is so amazing, only steps away from the beach. Shopping, restaurants, urgent care, and much more within walking distance. Benchmark was very prompt and helpful with any questions I had when I arrived. My family cannot wait until we come back!

Great location, faulty room

We loved the location but the lock on door did not work. Benchmark sent someone to let us in and even replaced the lock but still did not work! We had to leave our door unlocked all weekend to ensure we could get in and not have to wait for them to send someone to unlock the door. Also, the dishwasher did not work. When I turned it on upon departure soap and foam covered the entire kitchen floor!

Last minute rental and we really enjoyed the decor and location. If you plan to eat in, great table but kitchen is small. You can sit on your porch and enjoy the activity on 30A.
