Welcome to the perfect vacation setup at 139 N Ryan in the Summer's Edge community. This Seagrove home with private pool and 2 community pools can sleep up to 12 in its 4 bedrooms and sleeping loft/bunk room. And, it's dog friendly plus comes with 5 bikes!

The main living space is open to the living, dining and kitchen. Spend a family night in watching a movie on the large TV. Gather for an amazing home cooked meal (or takeout!) at the dining table for 6 with 3 more seats at the kitchen counter. Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor while 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd. The sleeping loft is on the 3rd floor up a charming spiral staircase. All the bedrooms have TVs (no fighting over what to watch!). Off the 2nd floor landing is a perfect little work space, just don't work too hard on vacation!

Outside, you'll see that this unique home wraps around the amazing private pool. Lounge or dine poolside. Take a moment to relax in the Florida sunshine while you BBQ up a feast on the gas grill. If you need more room to splash, there are 2 community pools just a short walk away.

Head down N. Ryan Road and across Eastern Lake Road down S. Ryan. The beach access pergola is to the left of the pool. Take this path, turn right at the "T" and you'll see your beach access sign to take the boardwalk to your access.

Summer’s Edge is tucked along quiet tree-lined streets where kids can ride bikes and play. Only one side of the main street is open while the other side is gated for owners, but rarely used. The neighborhood has 2 community pools, 1 at the end of S. Ryan (near the beach access point) that is heated seasonally and another pool on Chelsea Loop.

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or 2 to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

We are thrilled to include xx bikes with your rental through our partnership with Vacayzen. These bikes will be at the rental waiting for you when you check-in. You now have one less thing to worry about as you plan out your 30A vacation with Benchmark Management.

Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as additional bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.

* Dog Friendly: If bringing a pet, an additional non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. Please contact us if you are bringing a dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed at a maximum of 30 lbs. Please see our rental policies for further details.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great Location - Great House

We sincerely enjoyed our 7 weeks at 139 N. Ryan and would stay there again for the right price. The location is just perfect for us and our needs and we like the private, neighbor street so close to everything. However, the house has a few shortcomings, several of which were immediately fixed by Benchmark. Would like a few improvements including fixing the dryer correctly, fixing the dish washer correctly and new king mattress, both sagged terribly. The house would be perfect otherwise.

Family Beach Trip

We booked this property for our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The space was great, plenty of room to spread out. It was very clean, had a well appointed kitchen and plenty of towels. The neighborhood was quiet and very attractive. The walk to the beach was a bit of a haul but we managed fine. Wonderful home to rent for a family.

2022 Spring Break

The location and layout of the house worked very well for us. Being at the end of the street you have a little more privacy. We spent more time at the heated pool at the house than the beach. The house was very clean - kudos to the cleaning service! All communication with Benchmark was great and the app was helpful. We truly enjoyed the house and would book again.

Spring Break 2022

The property layout was great for our group. It is a short stroll to the beach and the area is super cute with tree lined streets. My only two complaints would be that you cannot have a golf cart on the property, even in the garage. We would not have spent the money on a golf cart if we knew we would have to keep it off property. Walking back and forth to use it was a complete hassle. And the kitchen was in poor shape. The dishwasher was not secured to the cabinets and the rollers on the dishwashing rack were broken so it was difficult to use. The refrigerator was broken but my husband was able to fix the ice maker so we at least were able to get the ice out of the ice maker. We cook a bunch so I found the kitchen to be lacking in things like a decent knife to cut with, larger skillets and jelly pans (flat cooking sheets to warm things on). But the rest of the house was great!
