Just behind the 2 car garage bays you'll find a beautiful separate space that includes built-in bunks and a more private bedroom. There is a bathroom with large shower and a full kitchen. Grab a seat on the patio to listen to the Gulf breeze! The spot makes and great area when you're vacationing with multiple families or friend groups.

2ND FLOOR
Up the stairs and at the main entrance of this grand home, you're welcomed with bright white shiplap and cool ocean blue hues. Right around the corner everything immediately opens up onto the main area, showcasing Gulf views. The dining, kitchen and entertaining areas flow seamlessly for an effortless vacation experience. Seat 8 at the formal dining table, 4 at the counter-top bar and even more outside on the patio with the gas grill.

3RD FLOOR
4 of the home's 6 bedrooms are on the top level. At the back, you'll find the master suite with stunning balcony views and an amazing spa-like bathroom. 2 more bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and the last bedroom features a private bath.

Miramar is perfectly situated between 30A and Destin. This wonderful community provides the beach relaxation you desire along with a multitude of activities for every member of your family.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
