Wonder stay

We truly loved our stay at Apres Sea. This is our 4th time renting a home in this same neighborhood as Apres Sea, and it was our favorite house thus far. There was one technical issue with the washing machine that was quickly resolved. The home is beautiful and the furnishes are so nice. We loved using the outdoor shower and the kids loved all the bunkbeds. We will be back and will bring more family and friends with us next time!

This rental was absolutely perfect! So close to the beach, and the golf cart was very easy to shuttle people back and forth. The unit is very clean, updated, and in perfect condition. We will stay in this neighborhood in the future!!

Perfect Family Get Away!!

This house is beautiful, relaxing, quiet, close to beach and pool! Golf cart at house and gas grill made the stay easy and fun. The screened in porch was additional conversation space and perfect for watching the rain one evening.we had 7 adults and 5 kids from 2 years old to 17 years old and we had comfortable sleeping spaces and great kitchen spaces. We loved it!!

Great home with fantastic amenities. Within striking distance of a lovely pool and the golf cart made the beach trip very easy. The beach was fantastic and private without the crazy crowds from local hotels. Plenty of space to relax and the covered patio was a lovely spot for early morning coffee and late night drinks!

Luxury, Beach and Family fun

Apres Sea is an amazing home with updated and modern finishes. Great home for families. The best bedroom is the bunk room! The kids love it. The patio doors open in the family room and provides an amazing movie night/game night situation. Pool is right up the road. The golf cart is clutch!!! Great way to travel the neighborhood and close destinations. It provides private access to the beach but you have to go a little further down the beach to set up. It lets out at a private beach that you don’t have access. Inconvenient but minor. Benchmark was super responsive and helpful. Follow their advisement as it pertains to booking stuff early. We missed our beach set up credit because we waited til the last minute. Bring additional toilet paper and paper towels. Also if you plan to cook bring your own seasonings, cutting boards and prep materials. That was lacking. My only complaint is that I didn’t book a longer stay. Overall amazing home.

The house was beautiful. It needs a deep clean. Some light fixtures were burnt out and very dusty. The toilets needed more cleaning attention. For such a big house, bigger cooking pots and pans. The last thing, the beach access. There was no directions on which beach access to use and where to park the golf cart. We found our designated beach access, but were told in a very hateful way, we could not be on that beach because if was private and had to walk past the flags. It wasn't a problem to walk, but it would have been nice to be told were to walk to. We talked the property owners next door and they told us where to park our golf cart.

The house is absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and clean. The decor was perfect in each room. We started and ended each day on the screened in porch. You can ride the golf cart to the front of the street where there is golf cart parking, and then beach access is just a short walk across the road.
