The perfect location to experience it all. We could cross the street for good food and good fun. Hop on the bike and go west to Seaside for shopping and great people watching or we could go left for quiet dinners and beautiful scenery. So many choices that is will make us return.

Everything great but the door code

Excellent property in a good location; good value. The only issue was that the door code was not programed in when we arrived after 7 PM, which required a service call. The problem was resolved by the on call technician in about an hour after several calls, and there were no other problems after that.

Prominence is a newer neighborhood with a large 5,000 square foot pool along with a fitness center. Beach Abode is .5 mile (about a 5-10 minute bike ride) to the nearest beach access, but the FREE trolley service is offered to all Prominence guests Memorial Day through Labor Day, 9am-3pm! This is really nice so that you have an easy way to get to the beach. The Hub is a wonderful place with many restaurants to choose from and just a fun place to hang out with your family. Really easy process to rent, very friendly management. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, and a great location. Beach access is a short five min bike ride, we rented bikes and it was great! Beds were comfy, loved everything about it. We’ll definitely be back!!

The unit is gorgeous & well equipped. We loved the location halfway between Rosemary & Seaside. The unit was spotless & ample towels were supplied forvour stay. I only wish the Master had a King bed.
The unit is very quiet. We heard nothing from the attached neighbors although they came to apologize for their crying kids. We never heard them! The front porch needs 4 outdoor chairs, not 2.

We booked last minute for a getaway for 2 and were very pleased. The unit is modern, roomy and close to the beach and restaurants. The pool is large and accomodating. We had friends who lived in this community and had visited before so we knew what to expect and were very happy with this particular unit.
