This unit (A) is on Front Beach Road right across from beach access 93, making beach days a breeze. You can sit on your front porch and watch the Gulf with your favorite beverage in hand.

The kitchen has all the amenities you will need for a perfect vacation including a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. A grill is on the back patio and a picnic table in the backyard for outdoor meals.

The real star of Beach Haven is the location. Situated on the quiet west end of Front Beach Road, you're just a short walk from the beach access, making it easy to come and go as you please. You can even enjoy glimpses of the Gulf on the patio. And when you're not soaking up the sun, you'll be just minutes away from Pier Park, incredible PCB attractions, and the famous 30A area, with its charming boutiques, restaurants, and more.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: Full bed plus set of twin-over-twin bunks, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

Beach Access:
From the Front of the Home (at Front Beach Road) head east just a few feet towards Southfield. Across the road at Southfields and Front Beach you'll see your access, Beach Access 93.

For large families vacationing together, we have a 2-story unit next door (Beach Haven in Panama City Beach) that sleeps 10. Please call us if you'd like more information!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
