BeachCrest is home to many returning vacationers. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, Florida, just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach where shopping, dining, and entertainment are abundant.

This well-kept 12 story building offers 2-bedroom Gulf-front condominiums with an open floor plan and the master bedroom and living room have access to your own private balcony and amazing views. BeachCrest features many amenities including natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and a Gulf-front pool.

Beachcrest 202 is conveniently located on the second floor overlooking the pool with beautiful views of the shimmering emerald green and azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room and master bedroom both have access to your private, furnished balcony where you can have morning coffee or enjoy a sunset cocktail. Fully equipped kitchen, with stainless appliances and granite countertops, allows for a perfect snack after a swim in the pool or a full course meal after a long day soaking up the sun on the beach.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with walk in shower, and those beautiful views. The living area also offers a flat screen TV although you may not need it with those views from the sofa sleeper. Second bedroom has a triple bunk bed with a queen, a full, and a twin on top and access to the second full bathroom located conveniently in the hall. The condo also offers a stackable washer and dryer for those swimsuits you'll need daily!

Always great!

The condo is no nice and always clean. Great location and we love the heated pool and easy walk to beach. Bring your own coffee filters because they don’t provide them-wish they could invest in a gold filter or even a Keuren to make it easier. We had a sick child this time and staff was super helpful and kind about it.
Will be back!

Being on the beach is a big plus. I've been visiting Santa Rosa Beach for about 20 years now and have stayed at this property before. This particular unit met my growing family needs because of the triple bunk. The amenities were adequate. However, the area is getting very crowded and loss vacation time sitting in traffic on 30A.

Perfect condo for our family!

We enjoyed our stay in unit 202. It was comfortable and decorated very nicely. The bathtub clogged, but management was quickly there to fix the issue. We loved the view and the balcony. One thing to note, in order to get the living room TV to work, you must leave the TV cabinet door open.
