We were in Destin for a family wedding. Our condo was really nice. It was clean and decorated so nicely. The view from the balcony was amazing.
Everything was made pretty clearly through the info the sent via email. The few questions I had were answered on the phone. I went into the office once and the girl was very friendly and helpful.
However, 30A is a very congested 2 lane road.

This unit is newly redone and well appointed. However, the mattresses in both bedrooms had obviously not been replaced and all needed to be.

Beachcrest 205

We had a great time on our vacation. The unit was clean, updated, and well maintained. Our first trip to this area and we were surprised by the amount of construction throughout Route 30A. Traffic is normally an issue since there is generally only one way in and one way out...30A. Due to the construction, there were some issues with bike paths which generally follow the highway. It was nice that the Publix was only about 1.5 miles from the unit. A very busy area and we were there during "off season". Be prepared to experience traffic and delays. The staff at Beachcrest was helpful and nice. Not very much shade at the pool.

On the other hand, We are sorry to hear that the atmosphere was not the best while you were here. Truthfully, almost the entire 30A is undergoing construction and this is not something that we compensate for. We understand this may come as an inconvenience since we do not manage the work going on around our properties and there is nothing much we can do. Usually, if we are made aware of neighboring construction that will affect our guests majorly, we would notify them before arrival and/or provide alternative options. We do peide ourselves on excellent customer service as such we are happy to hear that you found our staff helpful and nice. We truly hope that we can welcome you another time! Our 5th Year!

This is our 5th year staying in your condo. This year we fortunate to stay a whole break. We had the best time as always. We rode bikes, enjoyed the beach and ate awesome food. The best breakfast was The Perfect Pig the best dinner was Café 30A right across the street. Thank you for the memories and we hope to stay here for many years to come

We had a fabulous week. This condo was so beautiful and enjoyable. This was my first time to Seagrove 30A but my daughter has been here before. We ate at the Old Florida Fish House as well as the Vie on 30A. We have many favorite memories. We saw a dolphin jump in and out of the water.

Our rental experience was wonderful. The unit was so nice and clean and decorated nicely. All utensils were available and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The only thing that really bothered us was that the beach rental service had the whole front of the beach covered up where we couldn’t put our umbrellas near the edge of the water for a breeze. It was record hot temps that week so a breeze was really needed. We were told to move our umbrellas when we placed them at the end of the row on the left of all the beach service umbrellas. Other than that, it was wonderful!!

Another Great Stay!

This is our second time staying in this unit and we had another wonderful trip. We experienced a little hiccup upon check-in, but the property managers had it handled right away! There were some updates made since our last stay in December, including new pillows which I mentioned in my last review. The unit is fully stocked with everything you would need and absolutely beautiful! You wont regret choosing this unit for your vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachcrest 205. This was our first stay in this unit, but not the first at this property. The management company is doing a wonderful job. Everything was clean and well kept. The unit was fully stocked with everything that you could need.
My only suggestion is to bring your own pillows if you are picky about bedding! Otherwise, we had no other suggestions and plan to return in the summer!

A Peaceful Getaway

We stayed at this condo for four nights. After staying home from COVID, we decided to give ur selves a break and headed to Beachcreast. It was beautiful. The water was perfect, totally clear and you could see forever. We used the provided chairs and thoroughly enjoyed that bonus. The condo itself was spacious and clean.
There was nothing that we needed that was not provided for. The kitchen had every utensil for cooking that we needed. The bed was soft and comfortable. The condo was decorated in a beach theme and everything was clean. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back.

The unit was perfect for three ladies on vacay and had everything we needed, but most of all it has a fantastic view and beach access was indeed very easy. Would stay here again and again! We enjoyed our stay immensely. We loved being on the beach and having a balcony to watch the water. The place was very clean, the keyless entry, complementary WIFI, complementary beach service, washer and dryer in condo, elevator, kitchen was large. Tom Thumb was basically across the street for those last minute runs for milk, bread, eggs, etc. We are not great with the computer but Garrett app was very user friendly. The check in and out was seamless! Our only complaints were there was only one kitchen towel, only sponge to use on dishes, no cable in the room with the 2 twin beds but this would not stop us from renting again.

It is so hard to find clean, well maintained and furnished condo. Nothing was forgotten. Even the appliances were new. I recently rented Beachcrest 205 for a girl's trip in Seagrove. I found this unit to be very suitable for our group. Loved the location as it is in the heart of Seagrove, the view off the balcony was awesome, and the unit itself made us feel right at home as it was equipped with everything we needed! The unit was very clean and decorated very nicely. I will definitely stay at this unit again in the future! And I must add that the lawn service there is doing their job, the landscape was lovely.

Didn't Want To Leave

This condo was lovely and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with the blender being slightly unable to cope with our frozen daiquiri concoctions. We love the 30A area and this is the second time using Garrett Realty. The rental process is extremely easy. We loved the condo having a coded entrance! No cards or keys to possibly lose!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

The condo is perfect for a quick, relaxing beach getaway. The condo is extremely clean and the Gulf view is spectacular! The restaurant Cafe 30A is about a half block away and Seaside i about a mile away. The two beach chairs and umbrella included in the price was a great plus.
