The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, and there's additional seating on the balcony for soaking in the breathtaking views. A washer and dryer is in this condo, so you can pack light!

The King bedroom is a serene retreat with Gulf views and balcony access. It includes a private bathroom with a double vanity, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. The second bedroom is perfect for the younger guests, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed.

Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We rented this condo for our stay to run the Seaside Half Marathon. It is there perfect location, close to everything and beachfront is always a bonus. Unit was very nice and had everything we needed!

The property description was very accurate and the unit was beautiful and beyond our expectations. The property and unit were very clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The management company was very professional and we had very good customer service. Very easy access to the pool and beach. We would highly recommend Stinky’s and Shunk Gulley. We had amazing food at both restaurants!! There is a Publix right around the corner which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends.
