We have been renting units at Beachcrest for many years now. Over the years we have seen the property go through various phases, good and bad. On this trip, we could definitely tell the property was getting the attention it needed. All the pool furniture was new with matching cushions, the grass areas were nice and landscaping was neat. We stayed in unit 402 and it was awesome. The decor was all new and up to trend. Very white and bright which is what you want at the beach. Our group had 5 units this trip and ours was one of the best. Who wants dark and bulky furniture when you are at the beach.
However, there are a couple of negatives, but would they will not keep us from coming back. The kitchen, while very new, was not very well equipped with pots and pans. We had to borrow some from another unit. Also, the oven did not work for the first few days until we figured out how to reset the breaker. Again, minor issues.
Kudos to the owners of unit 402!

We had a relaxing and special time at this BeachCrest 402 apartment. It was so nice, that we rarely went out to eat in the evening as we had everything we needed. It was very special.

Lovely beachside condo. Clean, well stocked. Beautiful beach view and access. Nice pool area. One drawback only was the plastic mattress covers. Do not breathe very well at night. Would still recommend.

Our favorite memory was biking through watercolor & Seaside. Such Cute towns! Great shopping and the beach here is fabulous & we loved that our beach chairs and umbrella were set up for us every day. Pool was GREAT temperature. The unit was so nicely decorated and so clean. The beds slept heavenly and we enjoyed the balcony during our morning coffee.
We had a WONDERFUL time. This was a fabulous place to stay & so close to everything. The whole complex is lovely! I haven’t been this relaxed in months. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely abode!! We will return

Rental was perfect. Brand new redesign. Beautiful. Perfect view from the balcony. Exceeded my expectations. Perect location to ride bikes to seaside and restuarants. Would definitely stay again. Beach chair sevice was awesome.

We loved going down to the hub/The Big Chill. The food was great, and the kids loved the music. They also went to build a bear. Highly recommend. We had a great vacation! Everything in the condo was perfect each day. We had lots of sunshine. The heated pool worked out great for April. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with our family.

The perfect stay

The condo was perfect for our family of four! It was very clean and well kept! We had everything we needed! This was our first vacation with our two little girls who are 2 and 3 so we wanted something with great beach access and beachcrest was absolutely PERFECT! Having the bathroom down by the pool was very helpful, the two elevators to easily get up and down to the condo was also a plus! It was just gorgeous!

This condo was awesome! The location was excellent, just minutes from food and shopping and the view was spectacular. I love that the beaches on 30A aren't jammed packed with people. The kitchen is well stocked. The unit was very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!!

The condo had a lovely view. It was in a great location. Rode bikes to restaurants, easy walk down steps to the beach. The condo itself was adequate for our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The appliances are in need of upgrading simply for appearance; functionally they were fine. The refrigerator had rust stains covering the side. The bathroom faucets were quite old with buildup on them. Just some simple updating would make a big difference. Served our needs fine.

My husband and I came here with our two children, ages 25 & 21. We loved the beach and the area. Just pristine!! The room was exactly how it was described. Nice and clean and roomy. The property was well maintained and it was easily accessible. Nice family friendly property. Definitely will stay here again.

Overall a very nice stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. Teenagers were close enough to shopping and food trucks for the activities they wished to do.
The only downside was That the red flags were flying the whole time we were there water was rough and dirty.
