The condo was very nice and updated. Beach was beautiful and we had plenty of space to enjoy. Easy to book, accurate descriptions, and staff was great and met every need. I would book again!

We love staying in BeachCrest 804

We love staying in BeachCrest 804. We have been coming to BeachCrest since 1996 (at least) for many years we stayed at Beachcrest Villas. Big Ice machine, lots of clean towels, pools right on the bluff. Sadly it was torn down. We are so glad we found Beachcrest. All the condo’s here are nice but we love 804 the best. We try to come every Spring and Fall. The ocean is so healing. There’ nothing like the beach to call one’s soul and rest one’s spirit. We always enjoy!

Everything was wonderful. Management was very accommodating. The unit was very nice, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our wonderful view of the beach and the beach chairs that came with the unit. We would love to come back again.

Great location and a nicely appointed condo

We had a wonderful stay at Beachcrest. The location of the condos is great. It’s right outside of busy Seaside but just a short drive in the opposite direction to Rosemary Beach.
The condo itself was decorated nicely and management did a great job of providing for any needs we may have. I would absolutely return to this condominium and are even looking to book this particular unit again.

Lovely place to escape

Beachcrest 804 is a beautiful unit in a great location. The kitchen is well appointed, making it very functional for cooking in. Our only dissatisfaction was that, even though we reported early in our two-week stay that the light above the stove (and below the microwave) was not working, it was never repaired/replaced during our stay. Also, there were no instructions for the phone, so we could never retrieve a message from it, though it appeared a message was left on the machine numerous times during our stay. We also reported at the start of our stay that two knobs for the burners on the cooktop were missing. We were assured that replacements had been ordered. Then, the day before we checked out, we discovered the knobs in the garbage disposal, quite the worse for wear. Who knows how they ended up in there, but it was very strange.

This block is probably the ugliest thing on the seafront from the outside. The good news is, when you're inside that doesn't matter. The building is a walk-up, with decent elevators and secure back exit to the private beach. Apartments are fine, nothing super luxury, but you'll spend most of your time on the gorgeous beach.

An amazing getaway

We have been coming to this place for 12 years now and it never disappoints. This was the first time in room 804 and again the condo was amazing!!! The weather was great and everything was soo close. If we wanted to go into Destin or Panama it was a short drive. This area is sooo family friendly and that’s way we keep coming back.

Wonderful Stay on 30A!

We loved every minute of our stay in Beachcrest 804! It's updated and very clean with a great layout! We usually don't do any cooking during our vacation stays but it appeared that the unit was well supplied with anything you would need to cook. Furniture was very comfortable, including the outdoor set. Elevators were fast with no wait time! We didn't notice much noise from other units. Management was very helpful and made check in very easy! We would definitely return!

Comfortable condo, great location!

We booked this place for our first family vacation alone with our 3yo son. It was a great location as it was very close to the beach with a pool that was perfect for him. It was also in great proximity to several restaurants we could bike to, which he enjoyed. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to prepare breakfast three out of our four mornings and lunch most days as well as store our groceries and drinks. The couch was perfect for lounging (very comfortable) with a great view of the ocean which was good because my husband was nervous on the balcony. The table and chairs on the balcony were great for early mornings and evenings and for getting a little sun during the little one’s nap time and avoiding the rain. The king bed was also a huge helper as our little one was nervous to sleep in the front room alone. The bed was comfortable and plenty big enough for us all. Though it was near the elevator and had neighbors on all sides, it wasn’t too loud for our early nights. And being close to the elevator was favorable due to our frequent trips up and down. We also really enjoyed the complementary chair/umbrella service even though we’d brought our own. We liked this condo a lot and would both recommend it and stay there again.

I have rented property from Garrett over the past several years and have been very pleased. This is the first time staying in Beachcrest (Seagrove) and this unit is excellent. Everything new and kitchen equipped like your home. The owner has done a nice job with the small touches and it shows. Internet works well, beautiful beach views and large balcony. We will definitely return. It would be hard to find a nicer Unit in this complex.

We had a wonderful week. The weather was beautiful. The beach was lovely and the pool was refreshing. The Garrett Realty Ladies were cordial and helpful. The dolphin sightings were a daily blessing as we sipped coffee on our balcony.
