Beautiful beach but very crowded

We went on the off season.Surprised with all the kids. Was told “fall break”. Groups on the beach rude and blocked our view of the beach. People on bikes especially rude. The area was extremely congested with cars and bikes. My early morning walk was not relaxing and occasionally dangerous. The beach itself was beautiful and chairs/umbrellas were provided which was very nice. Zero complaints in regards to the building, unit, or management group. All were well done. Stellar donut store close.

Few days at Seacrest condo , we had to wait overnight to get the code to get out of the condo office area to the pool/beach. Would have been nice to have that in the condo with the WiFi info or easily seen in the emails I out the code to get into the condo. We helped another couple by telling them the code as well.

Please note however that this information can be found in the guest guidebook that was sent to you a week prior to your arrival as well as on the day of your arrival. Please also note that we close at 5pm as such if you reached out after 5 for non -emergencies; we would not be able to respond/assist until the following day. We are however open to cater to emergencies. We have however made the necessary checks to ensure that this is not an issue for future stays. We thank you again for choosing to stay with us. Lovely condo in perfect location

This 8th floor condo was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay in for a week. The view is gorgeous, the condo is decorated nicely, very clean, and has everything you need. There are 'starters' of kitchen and bathroom essentials that were very appreciated. Great restaurants nearby so it is possible to walk almost anywhere.

What a wonderful unit. We arrived a day late (due to airline cancellations) and it was easy to park and get into our unit. We had such a wonderful view of the beach. The unit had everything that we needed for the week. The only "issue" we had was with the tv channels not matching up with the listed ones on the paper left for us. I assume the cable channel has changed. If we were to vacation in the area again, we would definitely stay in this unit.

We had a fun week at the beach and overall we liked the condo. The unit was clean and the view is great. The chair and umbrella service is really convenient. The reason I took away one star is because the management company pinched pennies in a few areas. There was no kleenex in the unit and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. They only gave us 5 towels and I was vacationing with my wife and 2 girls who usually like an extra towel for their hair. For the price of a week long rental it seems silly for the management co. to go to these measures to save a few dollars.

The rental property was in a good location and waking up to the gulf view with a balcony to enjoy morning coffee was delightful.
The unit needs attention regarding cleanliness.
Some of the silverware had food particles, the floors were not proper vacuumed,
a couple of lightbulbs need to be replaced and the toilet handle in the guest bathroom fell off.
I would recommend a Benchmark representative personally evaluate the unit.
The unit looks tired and needs some attention.

We have been staying at Beach Crest for the past four or five years. We have always had a great time here and the location is perfect for us as our son and daughter -in- law live in Freeport and we are able to spend a lot of time with them during the week. The location in Seagrove Beach is very convenient, a short walk to the gas station for my morning newspapers. Thanks for the wonderful weeks we have spent there.

Beachcrest 806 was wonderful. Well decorated amenities were good and the location was fantastic. Garret Reality was wonderful to deal with the facilities of the Beachcrest itself is amazing from having luggage carts and grocery carts to the staff and facilities. We are definitively coming back!

My family and I just finished up what was probably our 10th vacation at Beachcrest. As usual, it was wonderful! I appreciate the hard work your crew does to keep it running so well. 806 was a wonderfully decorated and beautiful condo.
I especially want to point out Darryl (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He managed the chairs on the beach. He did an outstanding job of making us feel at home, and did so with a wonderfully pleasant and friendly manner. We have seen many people in his position over the past several years...but none that did the job as well as he did.
We can't wait to be back "home" in 2012!
