We loved everything about this rental. The view was perfect! Everything was clean. It's so nice to go back and forth to the beach. I'd reserve this place again in a heartbeat!
The drain was a little slow on the shower, and the AC on the patio stinks sometimes when you are out there relaxing. The slider door was really tough to open and close.

Clean and close to the beach

Clean and close to the beach. Great location. Only drawback is the tight parking. So if you drive a larger vehicle, it can get tight from time to time.

We were very impressed with the condo and our stay. The only issues we ran into were with the door, it didn’t always lock when we left & we’d have to stand and fight with the keypad before it would actually lock. Also the steps going into the residence were in need of some serious TLC. None of those issues would stop me from recommending the condo to others though.

Pros and Cons

We enjoyed our stay with the condos being right on the beach for an affordable price, and the beach looking much recovered as compared to when we came last year! We would not, however, stay in unit 21 again. We chose the unit because of the king bed and the view (which was quite lovely!). The pictures look nice online, but the unit could use some work. The paint is very old with a couple of holes in the wall and the unit was dirty in places.
But the biggest problem was that we had A LOT of trouble with the internet connection and speed. We reached out to Benchmark Management and they were very prompt to respond, which was nice. Apparently, the internet service provider had been having intermittent troubles, however, the modem in the unit is a DSL modem and was extremely slow and glitchy when the internet was working. This was not functional for us as we have young kids and rely on streaming.
Overall, we would not choose this unit again, but would use Benchmark Management and possibly another unit in this complex in the future.

Beachside Condo 21 Paradise

We loved our stay at Beachside condo 21! The condo was clean, organized, and perfect for my group. The only recommendation I would have would be tall bistro chairs on the patio versus Adirondack chairs, it was difficult to enjoy the gulf view from the short chairs.

We had a wonderful time at Beachside 21. The condo was clean and well equipped. Garrett Realty Service were professional and such a breeze to book through. The weather and water were perfect and the view was fantastic. My only request would be that the owner think about getting a high top set of chairs/table for the balcony. The current chairs are too low to enjoy the wonderful view. Thanks again!

We had a great time at the beach in January. Beachside 21, was very clean, and perfect for just the 2 of us. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. We really enjoyed the Seaside at the Beach area. The Pizza Bar restaurant outdoor atmosphere and food was fabulous. Also, I absolutely LOVED the chees grits at the Southern restaurant.

This condo is just like you see in the pictures. The view is good, you can sit on the balancy and enjoy looking at the ocean. Located right across the street for the rental agency and a great pizza place. We found a local spot called Hurricane Oyster Bar at Santa Rosa Beach that we would also recommend.
