We stayed in Beachside Condo 6 for our first trip to the Florida Gulf Coast and it was great. The location can't be beat and it has a great view of the beach from the balcony. The condo furnishings aren't new, but everything was functional and comfortable.

Overall a great experience. Location was perfect and condo was clean. The washer/dryer were not working and the back slider door was broken, but Benchmark had the parts on order.

Great vacation place!! Had 7 days of wonderful weather, beautiful view, & some fantastic food. We have stayed at BS condos before and love the location,,,,thanks for removing the air conditioners from your balconies!!! A big plus, as well as the keyless entries. We will come back to BS as we absolutely LOVE Seagrove Beach.
