Spring Break

I liked the rental price of the condo and the condo, but all of the additional rental fees are not worth it. The beach is close, but it is private and guarded. There is a golf cart shuttle to the "public" beach. There were not a lot of people there but it was trashy. The beach was heavily patrolled. There are wristbands they wanted us to wear on the trip. We didn't wear them and used the pool and the shuttle with no problem. After check out we were charged $50 for 2 missing $1 bracelets that we did not use. I called management several times to dispute the issue with no resolve. There is an $80 charge for possible damage or missing items but this does not apply to the bracelets. They implied we took the cheap plastic bracelets as souvenirs. If you stay with Benchmark properties make sure you take photos of the property and bracelets before you settle in.

My family and I loved staying here! Super clean and comfortable. A very short and pretty walk to the beach. And a short walk to the pool too! I would 100% recommend this unit. We will be back next year!

Budget Friendly, Cozy villa, just steps to Beach

Villa was perfect for small families/young children. Cozy,clean, and just steps to Beach with beautiful water and white sand. The only issue with the stay was very loud vacationers above us. You never know who will be above you in a ground level unit.

Clean, cute condo, very welcoming and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back!
One suggestion though, is to consider installing handrails in the restroom by the toilet and in the showers, for the elderly or handicapped. We traveled with two 90+ year olds and that part was inconvenient for them.
