Parking notes: One parking spot in front of the condo is reserved and numbered 10B with several visitor parking spots adjacent to your main parking spot.

* Dog Friendly: If bringing a pet, an additional non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. Please contact us if you are bringing a dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed at a maximum of 30 lbs. Please see our rental policies for further details.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

❤️Just As Advertised ❤️

At first there was an issue with pricing from the listing to the contract. But Benchmark was quick to honor the listing and there were no further issues. Property is just as it is shown in the pictures. Very nice and roomy. My party of 7 enjoyed it very much. Pool was big and nice when it wasn't raining. Lol. My only critique would be that the cleaners need to dust and make sure to get under furniture better and make sure to get all trash from previous guests. We had to pick up trash from the previous guests that was left out back at the grill because we didn't want to get charged for it being there when we left. Also, the kitchen could use a few more things like a couple more pots/pans,storage bowls, mixing/serving bowls, kitchen scissors, and measuring cups. Other than that, fantastic place to stay. BTW, the fridge is touchscreen and we had music playing from it our entire stay. That was an added bonus. If you take your fur babies, know that the backyard area is very small, but it was just enough room for ours for a few days. Although we saw other folks on property, we never heard any noise from anyone and wasn't bothered either. It was peaceful and gave us the relaxation we were seeking. We would definitely return. PS- not sure why it says I'm from Seattle, WA cause I'm from Savannah, GA. Lol

Great Place to stay

The condo was the perfect size for my sister, stepson, my service dog and myself. It was clean and furnished with enough kitchen items. If you book, bring your own coffee, filters or k-cups. as it is not supplied. Also, the water works from the door, but the ice machine does not. So get ice. One other thing, there is a box in the LR, but the wall angles down. Don't hit your head. When you get the code for the door, also get the code for the gate that leads to the beach access.

This rental was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. It was in terrific shape. We felt right at home. We really liked the back patio space and that we had woods behind our building it was so private.

Fine place

It was a good location. The only problem was we had to call several times to get the WiFi information. Also they didn’t leave the code for the bridge and we had to ask for that.
