This place was perfect. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great because there are several public beaches that are within walking distance. We will definitely return to Beachwood Villas

The condo was great for all our needs. My only complaint is the ceiling fan in the living room was turned on full blast. The cord/string to adjust the fan speed was ripped out and you couldn’t adjust the speed. We were only able to stand being in the living room after coming in from beach.

Very clean, lots of storage areas, good internet and tv reception, easy access to beach, loved the balcony. Our only disappointment was that there are no lights on the tennis courts. We were planning on playing in the evening when it was cooler.

Nice Condo

Pros:
I would say the Condo was pretty nice. It smelled fabulous when we walked in. It was clean and decorated very pretty. The ocean is absolutely spectacular in the Santa Rosa area, we did enjoy that a bunch. It had a great view of the pool. It had about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach which was okay. It was a great area for walkers, runners and bike riders.
Cons:
I did not notice that the condo was on the third floor with no elevator when I booked the condo. It was really hot and it was difficult to bring everything up 2 flights of stairs. We brought a lot of items to cook with and there was absolutely no cabinet space. The king size mattress needed replaced it was very floppy and uncomfortable.
All in all it was a good experience. I would probably not stay there again because of the location and elevator situation. If you don't mind the stairs, it could be a good option for you.

Beach wood 10C was just as advertised! We had everything we needed!. Great location only a few minutes to the beach! The girls loved biking 30a. Nice condo just wish master mattress was more comfortable.

The rental and it was very nice and clean. Very close walk to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. The beds were comfortable. The dining room was large enough for the whole family. I would recommendAnyone staying here! We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at Beachwood Villas for several years now and it has always been pleasant! However, this unit is our favorite so far! Love the proximity to the tennis courts and pool. It is also very clean and spacious!
