Perfect apartment just steps from the beach!

This vacation rental was fantastic for our needs! The place was clean, comfortable and well maintained. With the pool right outside the unit and the beach access right across the street we couldn’t have asked for a better location! Parking was also super easy so that was arental was fantastic for our needs! The place was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The toiletries in every bathroom, and the extra towels were such a great touch. We would definitely come back again!

Decent Place To Stay

Property was okay, the place itself was in need of a good cleaning. Both bathrooms looked like they had barely been cleaned and they both had paint peeling from the walls/ceiling. Beds were not comfortable and the pillows were as thin as pieces of paper. The location was good, only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach access. Overall, it was a decent place to stay but will probably book someplace different next time.

Overall location was good for not being on the beach. The villas has lots of good amenities. This particular unit needs to be updated with newer furniture and kitchen supplies are lacking.

We had a very good stay. With our week bringing a good bit of rain and overcast skies, were indoors more than originally planned. The condo was very nice. We enjoyed the amenities and the location/setting was perfect for our trip!
We would have appreciated the sitting/living area to be a bit larger as it became a cramped space for us.
Overall a great trip.

Beachwood villas 12A was a very nice and comfortable stay. It had everything we needed for our trip. It was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again. Short walk to the beach, you do have to cross the highway, but the public access is just across the street. We were very appreciative of the gear rental discount we received as well.

Beachwood Villas 12A

Our third year coming to Seagrove Beach. The weather was great again- especially considering it was snowing at home in Maine. We spend time with friends from Maine as well as ones from Blue Mountain. We went to Gulf World this trip and swam with dolphins. I highly recommend it- truly a lifetime family memory. We started the trip with a visit to see our friend and talented musician, Hank Barbie, play a gig. Check out his music and maybe you'll be lucky enough to catch him here. Of course we go a few sunsets in and enjoyed ghost crab hunting! See you next year!!
