Beachwood Villas 13A awaits you! Step into the inviting living area creating a relaxing ambiance perfect for unwinding. With balcony access, you can breathe in the fresh air and bask in the warmth of the sun. This ground floor unit, a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo, can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests, offering ample space for families or groups of friends. Enjoy meals with loved ones in the dining area, offering picturesque window views that enhance every dining experience. The fully equipped kitchen beckons culinary adventures, boasting modern appliances. With seating for 3 people at the peninsula and 4 at the dining table, this unit ensures comfort and convenience for all guests.

Retreat to one of the two cozy bedrooms, each offering a calm respite after a day of adventures. One features a queen bed and private bathroom, while the other offers both twin and full beds, both equipped with TVs and windows for a comfortable stay, ideal for families or friends traveling together. Complete with thoughtful amenities like TVs and windows that frame the scenery.

This charming unit ensures a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near a Tom Thumb gas station, Benchmark office, and the Beachwood Villas Beach Access within walking distance, it promises a delightful blend of comfort and convenience for your getaway!

Access all of 30A's unique beach communities on the bike bath that runs right in front of the complex. Take advantage of either one of Beachwood Villa's pools, plus the beach access is just a few minutes away.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: Twin bed, full bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

Beach Access:
Distance: .3 miles | Time: 7 minutes walking

Beachwood Villas:
Come enjoy this family-friendly affordable complex on the north side of 30A ... it's within easy walking distance to our famous emerald waters. The perfect location for a 30A rental. There is no shortage of amenities with 2 pools (1 is heated seasonally; call for dates), shuffleboard, tennis, and community charcoal grills. The complex offers on-site laundry facilities as well for your convenience. After a day of relaxing on the beach, stroll along the many paths leading to the peaceful courtyards and lush landscaping.

Take advantage of the local shops and restaurants many of which are within walking or biking distance. The 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail runs right outside the complex.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Condo was a little dusty but nothing major.

Heated pool got shut down midday and closed for the next day which was disappointing to lose the pool 1 1/2 days out of our 5 day trip.

I always stay at Beachwood villas in Seagrove. Great location, affordable, close to everything I like. The place was perfect! Roomy for 2 friends. We had our own bedrooms and peaceful space. Beach a short walk away. Bike riding rentals a block away!! Blissful long weekend. We will be back with our husbands in the Spring.

My daughter and I took this trip as a celebration for her graduating high school. It was just a few minute walk from the beach and the beach was so beautiful. There are alot of other beaches close by as well, a very short drive. Such a neat little town with a lot of options, you can rent a bike and pretty much go get anything you need or want or are hungry for. It was just a very great experience, very happy with everything and the memories we made were priceless.

Would book again!

With never being in this area before, we booked this place with no car. Of all the area I believe we were in the best location to not have a car! The beaches are literally right across the street. There’s a gas station across the street that we got some essentials, toilet paper, eggs, sunscreen, beer etc. We rented bikes and rode everywhere. Went to Seaside a lot to eat at the food trucks. As for the condo it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook. The tv in the living room is a smart tv so you can log in Netflix and stuff. I never did turn the tv on in the bedroom. I would definitely book this place again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Beachwood Villas. We loved the first floor convenience and the property.
One thing that could be improved on is the bedding in the unit. It was uncomfortable and was not anchored to the headboard and so it moved around a bit.

Enjoyed staying at your place. Very close to everything. I only have two suggestions. One is to replace the pillows with better ones. The other was to provide a list somewhere of channels and stations for the televisions. We looked all over and couldn’t find anything to help us with viewing certain stations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back??

Nice little place close enough to the beach. The beach is what makes the difference compared to other places. It is quiet and less crowded then the seaside area but is close enough to all the action.

GREAT CONDO!! CLEAN, SMELLED GREAT WHEN WE WALKED in. Plenty of amenities in condo. Beautiful decor. Only thing we found lacking was plastic containers to put left overs in. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again in a heartbeat!!
