Santa Rosa Beach Condo (close to Seaside)

I recently visited Santa Rosa beach with my teenage kids and had a blast. The condo we stayed in was comfortable enough for 4 to 5 people (we had 4 so it worked out great!). The property has all the kitchen options, tv’s in all rooms, outdoor patio. There are two pools on site and laundry area if needed. This particular property was only a few miles east of seaside so drivable, walkable or in our case, we rode bikes. The public beach can be accessed by a few different walkways right by the condo. The only issue is their are several sets of stairs getting down to the actual beach. overall, exactly what I expected and needed. I’d definitely stay there again.

The location and property was great. I wish the kitchen had a few more amenities. The smoke detector would go off anytime we cooked. But this was a great place and we had a fantastic time.

Great location, good furnishings, uncomfortable beds

I have stayed at Beechwood villas many times as I am building a house near by. Great location, and the granite counters in kitchen are nice. Overall, the TV's are undersized, and the beds were very uncomfortable. It was listed as a king, but they switched it to a queen. We had to get a mattress bad to actually sleep in the master.

Couples Trip

Great location and cute unit, only a short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes). Easy to drive or bike into Seaside and within easy driving distance of Rosemary. The unit was large enough for 2 couples and there was a Roku for the TV so we were able to watch Netflix at night. A great stay and would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was the third time we have stayed at beach wood villas. We love the location and easy acsess to the beach. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the unit and the decor. We would definitely rent it again!

Bad time in Seagrove

Of course you couldn't help it, but it rained every day. The whole area was
extremely crowded as I have never seen it before (and I have come to the Beachwood Villas for over 40 Years). There was no gas at the stations, so we left early. You gave us no consideration for the 2 days we weren't there.
So, we won't be coming back again.

While these issues are out of our control, we can say the gas shortage was only temporary. Great location,
On the back side of the complex. The condo is adorable and perfect for a small family. I would recommend they upgrade the televisions- that would make all the difference with larger smart TVs. Their customer service was great too. Very nice and helpful.
