We just got back from a 5 night stay and the condo was perfect! We cooked a few times and had everything we needed and more! The condo had 5 nice beach chairs along with a beach cart and umbrella. The beds slept great! The best part about our stay is that we were offered an extra night for a discounted rate plus an early check-in! Unfortunately, I left my hanging clothes in the closet but was quickly sent a link to create a pre-paid label for them to be shipped back, super convenient! We will definitely be booking again!

Very clean and well equipped property. Would recommend toilet seats be replaced as they were chipped and worn. Also could use a couple of new baking sheets.

Family Getaway

We had a nice week at the beach. The room was clean and exactly as they described it. The walk to the beach was easy. There are 3 flights of steps to get down to the beach but the landings between each made it easier. My mother enjoyed exercising in the pool each day. We had plenty of room with 6 adult guests. There was actually room for two more.

Perfect beach getaway!

We come to 30A multiple times a year & really loved this place! It was in the heart of Seagrove. Although it was really busy with Spring Breakers, Beachwood villas community was very quiet, & beautiful & has tons of parking. The heated pool was SO nice on chilly days & 50 yards away from the condo, which was a plus. The condo had 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, shovel, small bucket & kid's net! That was such a nice surprise. Also, because we have small kids, we stayed in and cooked & I was pleasantly surprised with the kitchen. It was fully stocked and then some with everything you needed. We definitely will be back :)

Great Value for the Money

We always like to travel to the beach for fall break and of course the kids like to stay near 30A. However, as we all know, that can get rather expensive. Beachwood Villas is a great choice if you don't mind not being right on the beach. It is close to restaurants and shops and is only a mile and a half from 30A (an easy bike ride). Our stay in 14B was great! My friend and I each had our own bedroom and the boys had theirs as well. One of the only downfalls was one of us having to share the bathroom with 4 boys. That proved to be a challenge. Other than that, the unit was decorated nicely, comfortable, and clean. It had all of the items needed during our stay. We had looked at reviews prior to our stay and someone mentioned there being a wagon for transporting items to the beach. We were excited about this extra perk, but never found a wagon in the unit. Thank goodness for backpack chairs and our rolling cooler! Our boys enjoyed the tennis courts and shuffle board, too. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Benchmark was a breeze to work with as well!

The overall experience was good. They were very prompt on maintenance needs. My only disappointment was their interaction and failure to allow me to check in early as the condo had been unused for days. I have rented in this area for 25 plus years and never had this problem. Owners and companies have always been accommodating

What A Great Place!

Wow! What a great place! Location is perfect, a short walk across the street to the beach and there is a cart to load up all of your beach gear and get to the perfect spot in the sand!! The condo offered a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella too!
Three bedroom condo with two baths, a large table for eating or playing games if a rain storm threatens your afternoon. There are also multiple televisions if you absolutely can't stand looking at the gorgeous water a moment longer! The balcony on the condo was one of my favorite spots. The condo is in the back of all of the units so it is very quiet, no noise from the street. The furniture on the balcony is very comfortable and offers the perfect spot for your morning coffee, or an afternoon drink.
The condo is very nicely decorated and the furniture is comfortable. There was a review lamenting that the sun shone through a window - yeah, it is the beach and you are probably visiting on a day in which the sun rises! Truthfully though, we didn’t experience that issue and I think most were so exhausted by the end of a full day on the beach they didn't notice the sunrise!
The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed if you eat any of your meals in the condo. There is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, everything you'd expect. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo so you don't have to pack dirty sandy clothes for the trip home!
Check in was a breeze, there is a key pad on the door that you enter a code and access the condo. We didn't experience any maintenance issues while on site but other reviews indicate the response time was excellent. We did happen to notice their office not too far from the condo so it was a comfort knowing they were close by if we needed them.
Give this condo a try. The prices were very competitive and the location can't be beat!

The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable but there are some things that need improvements. The window in the room with the bunk beds needs a blackout shade. Three people were in that room and all were bothered by the bright light outside. The skillets in the kitchen need to be replaced. The burners on the stove are not level which made cooking a challenge. We were surprised that the pool furniture was in such bad shape and it is definitely time for the concrete to be redone. Because of that, we did not use either pool. They did not look inviting at all. The floor lamp was useless because there was not an electrical outlet for it. The metal chairs on the balcony are rusting and in need of refinishing. We will not be returning to these condos.

I recently stayed in unit 14B. The first week of June. The condo was perfect. Three bedrooms and two baths. A nice renovated kitchen with a pantry and a laundry room. Very comfortable for my family. The condo is decorated tastefully. They have two pools on site that are great. The beach is just a quick walk across the street. There are grills on the property for your use. Many restaurants and shops and stores are walking distance. Convenient to say the least.
They have on-site maintenance and are very quick to respond if you need them.
The grounds are well taken care of-manicured seemed like daily.
My family and I will definitely rent this condo again!

I recently stayed at Simply Seagrove at Beachwood Villas on a recent beach trip. I was very pleased. The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities to make my stay at the beach pleasant and relaxing. The condo has an “at home” feel to it surrounded by appealing décor. The condo sleeps eight comfortable with an open kitchen and den for gathering together. I recommend Simply Seagrove while visiting the Seaside/Seagrove area. -- Tina B.
