Cute Santa Rosa Condo

Cute condo, updated furniture and decor. Perfect space for 1-2 people. A few nit-picky things to make the stay more enjoyable - no can opener (had to knock on a neighbors door), replace toilet paper dispenser (current one is rusting and staining the floor), replace shower head, and make sure cleaners are getting the floors extra well (found several long black hairs, I have short blonde hair). While these things won’t downgrade my score it would’ve made the stay just that much better. I would stay in this condo again. Benchmark did a great job of sending check-in instructions and follow up.

Beach Trip 2022 - Beachwood Villas - Unit 2A

This was the 3rd time that I have stayed at Beachwood Villas. I will definitely stay again but probably not in this particular unit. The location of the building to beach access was perfect but the unit itself had a few things that I didn't care for:
1 - Ants in the kitchen. An exterminator came the day that I arrived but the ants were still present when I left.
2 - The tub/shower floor was very smooth/slick. Someone is going to slip on that at some point. I finally put a towel down while showering so as to not be that someone
3 - The ceiling fan in the bedroom was dangling by its electrical wires down from the ceiling. This caused it to swing/sway a lot and it created a clinking sound which was impossible to not hear. I finally turned the fan off while I slept
