Great location, but needs a deep clean.

Pros: location across the street from public beach access
Cons: Very outdated unit, cabinets don't close, old bathtub etc. l'm need of updating but livable!
Tiny ants in every room, including spaces like inside the washing machine, on the bed, on the couch, in the bathtub, side table, kitchen walls and counters. We couldn't sit on the couch for the duration of our stay.
The management company was quick to respond to this issue and had it treated immediately, which was nice. But, the problem persisted until our vacation was over. It was the most uncomfortable stay we've had due to this problem.
The complex is older and also in need of clean up and updating, but area is quiet despite being near 30a.
We left the unit cleaner than we received it.
Really the unit just needs a deep clean(under beds & nightstands etc.), monthly pest control and a simple facelift. If it wasn't for the ants, it would have been tolerable to stay there.

This is an excellent place to stay. Walking distance to Cafe 30A (highly recommended). Angelina‘s Pizza and excellent Italian Food and many others. Condo is well stocked (minus the hair dryer) and very clean.

Awesome Beach Vacation

We had a lovely beach vacation. The condo was updated nicely and was the perfect amount of space for our stay. My husband and I traveled with our 2 children age 4 and 6. The bunk beds in the living room were perfect for the kids. This condo is at the front of the complex and was a very short walk to beach access. We also loved the bottom floor location so we could easily put our things that were wet from the beach on the patio. Other bonuses were a washer/dryer and king bed in the master bedroom. We would love to stay here again. Fantastic condo.

Spring Break Success

We had a great stay at the Beachwood Villas. The condo was ready on time, clean, and good space for our family (2 adults and 3 small children). Only small disappointment was that the pool which was supposed to be heated was not until the last two days of our stay (due to issue with the heater, but fixed after we called about it). We would be happy to return!

Great Location!

Location was great and the apartment was mostly clean. I traveled with a toddler and tried to place thing out of reach, but found a lot of dust in the process. The top of the fridge was really dirty, same with the top cabinets of the pantry. The rest of the house was clean and comfortable. We had a great vacation!

Very nice place to stay...clean and comfortable.Did not need bunk beds but the mattresses do not fit the entire lengthy of beds would be a concern if you needed them to use. We liked the location just a short walk to activities and the beach.

We love Beachwood Villas. We have stayed in nicer units but the first floor, location to the beach, and in unit laundry make 3A hard to beat. Unit was clean and close to the pools and beach access. We will be back!
