A Last Minute Visit

I am appreciative that I was able to book a 5 day stay for my family of 4. We booked to be closer to family friends who were staying at the property and we loved it. The location was perfection and the proximity to the beach was exactly what we needed to be able to get 6 kids there without needing a golf cart allowing us to save a little money. I’d highly recommend staying here. It was very nice.

Great Updated Condo

This one bedroom condo was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation. It was updated and clean. The mattress needs to be updated on the bed, it was not comfortable. Perfect location from the beach, just across the street. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Nice Stay

Nothing to complain about. The unit was neat, clean, and everything worked. It was on the small side but plenty roomy for two people. It has a large balcony overlooking the grounds and the tennis courts. It is directly across the street from the beach access, so it's a five minute walk or less to the sand. It's also next door to the Tom Thumb, so there's easy access to it for ice, drinks, gas, etc. We called in the maintenance man to explain the workings of the thermostat, and he was very helpful. We were very pleased with the stay.

Good getaway

Enjoyed our stay, room was as described, bathroom needed to be cleaned and shower curtain/toilet seat needed to be replaced upon arrival, but the management team sent someone out within 10 minutes to clean and replace curtain, and the toilet seat was replaced the next morning.

Good location and easy parking

Although small, this unit worked well for our small (3) person family. The decorating was really nice, and kitchen was fully stocked. Wish they have a KCup coffee maker! A little noisy with neighbor dog barking and street traffic at times. No views, but we liked the toddler park and laundry self serve on site.
