Budget friendly and close proximity to everything

For the price it was well worth it. Were there things that could have been better? Sure but it was definitely a “get what you pay for” type of rental. The good: pretty much at the beach access so you’re not hauling all your beach gear a good ways, conveniently located next to Tom Thumb so walking over to get your morning coffee and a sausage biscuit was nice, a good area for kids to play off the patio, kids loved the bunk beds, bed was comfortable. The bad: very very minimal kitchen items compared to other properties I have stayed in (a 3 small pots, 3 skillets, no baking sheet, no big pots so I wouldn’t go with the mindset of cooking many meals), it’s says there’s internet and gives login information but it didn’t work, not a smart tv so you’re stuck with basic cable, couldn’t find the remote to the bedroom tv, couch is a little firm. All in all it was worth the money.

Super convenient

The condo was so convenient to the beach access-very easy walk. Kitchen was fully equipped. Condo is well-maintained. My only suggestion is to put smart TVs in for people to access their streaming services like Netflix, Prime, etc.

Smelled like mold quite a bit. But otherwise clean and convenient. Used to crash at night was out at 7am and back in at 9pm

Fun time in Seagrove

We had a great time in Seagrove and Seaside. The unit we rented served our needs and was just the right size and in a great location for us.
The living room fan/light and toaster didn’t work and the bed spread had a little dirt and ashes on it when we arrived. Nothing to upset our stay. Everything else was clean and functioned properly.

We have been staying at BWV for almost 10 years and love the property. This unit was a little disappointing as it was not very well equipped in the kitchen and the living room sectional was broken. I know this isn't a huge deal, but the remote to the TV in the bedroom was broken as well with no cover for the batteries. Location was great, loved that it was on the first floor too!. Cute condo, but could use a little love.

A beautiful area to stay

Our stay was overall a good experience. The location is great and beach is beautiful. The unit was clean and suited our needs, though the toaster didn’t work correctly and the couch could stand to be replaced. The outdoor grounds were well kept among the condo property.

Good for the most part

This villa was clean and great location. The only suggestion we have is to upgrade the tv system with streaming capabilities like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Just make it where people can sign in to their own profiles. Easy way for people to enjoy movies and tv at night. The drawers in the kitchen need some attention. They don’t open well. Other than that, it was good.

The condo 4C was very comfortable for myself, my daughter and two grandchildren. The bunk beds are very small and my grandaughter was afraid she would fall out of the top one . There was no guard rail. She ended up sleeping on the futon with me. The only suggestions I would make would be to have some darker curtains in the living area. It was very bright in there at night and that can make it difficult to sleep. I also think the patio furniture needs updating. The chairs are not very comfortable. Other than those few things, it is a very nice condo and had everything we needed. I would stay there again.

We have absolutely fallen in love with this little villa! It has been perfect for my husband and I and our 3 kids under 13. The bunks are definately for little kids but it's perfect for our needs! Our walk to the beach is a breeze and Tom Thumb right next door has almost anything you need! The only thing I wish it had was a small vacuum of some sort because the sand is impossible to get up with a broom. We will most definately be back!
