My family and I have been vacationing at the Beachwood Villas since I was a little girl. Condo 4G was exquisite! We loved everything about it! Definitely will be returning to this specific condo.
Communication thru Benchmark was outstanding. We only wish so many people didn’t know about 30A, as it used to be more of a hidden gem. Hard to hide good things I guess!

It was a nice, small, and clean apartment. It was one of the cheapest places you could get in that area but still close to the Seaside “town”. Nothing bad to say really.

Great Place, Great Location

This is a perfect condo for a small family. Very updated and clean. The location is great. Most things are in walking distance and beach is only a few steps away. Check in was a breeze. The only issue was the Wi Fi, but was not a big deal because we were enjoying the beach and all other activities. Would definitely stay here again.
