Great Location!!!

We typically stay a couple of blocks down the road but decided to give Beachwood Villas a shot. So glad we did! This is a great location with 2 pools (1 heated), tennis courts, and more. Even during Spring Break, it was fairly quiet and right across from the beach. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Beach access was across the street but situated between two “private” beaches. If you walk 200 feet down, there is is a public beach. We went to the state park beaches in the mornings, pool in the afternoon, and across the street access for sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spacious rental at a great price

I've been travelling to 30A for 8 years now and this area is the best - although things have definitely changed and the private beach scenario makes it very difficult to rent umbrellas and chairs even at a public access. It's great to be in walking distance to a number of restaurants and the space itself was clean and comfortable. The balcony was a large size and parking was easy. The wifi information was incorrect but they were quick to sort out the confusion.

We had a wonderful stay at Beachwood Villas 9B. This our second year staying at this well appointed condo.
It was perfect for us, we enjoyed our morning coffee in the balcony and a glass of wine in the evening. We are definitely coming back.

Anniversary Getaway

We had an absolutely amazing trip! The unit was exactly like the pictures showed. Everything was perfect. My only “complaint” would be that it had a coffee pot and not a Kuerig, but that’s on me because I don’t know how to make coffee.
We brought our bikes and locked them up at the little shelter outside our unit. We never took our car anywhere once we arrived.
We biked into Seaside for lunch each day. It was 1.64 miles.
We loved having the Tom Thumb next door as well. They have a little bit of everything you may have forgot.
We never used the $30 credit for rental equipment, but we did stop in a talk to the girls there. They were so sweet.
We redeemed our Publix gift card on our way out. So smooth.
We are already planning our next visit at this same unit.
Side note, we were traveling without children. We decided it would not have been fun for our kids because of the stairs to the beach access and all the walking. But for older kids it would be no big deal.

Perfect unit for what we needed for a romantic getaway! Very short walk to the beach. Close to all the amazing restaurants. Love the location being right by the Tom Thumb as it was easy to stop in and get snacks and drinks!

Relaxing beach condo

Great paved bike trails and walks on the beach. Property was nice and clean and well maintained. Only shortfall was the cloudy sliding doors to the deck which have lost their gas seal and need to be replaced. Otherwise a great rental.

Perfect for a small group

Went to the beach with my daughter for a few days during Spring Break and this place was perfect. Centrally located, comfortable, and well appointed. Right across the street from a public access and Tom Thumb for convenient, quick shopping. No issues, would stay here again.

Good experience other than the heated pool not being heated every other day. Condo was clean and as advertised; beach a short walk away and lots to do very close by. Bike credit was legitimate and not a scam as well.

Nice location. Older but nice development. Condo was dated but fine for a few nights. Pull out couch had dirty sheets and donut wrapper in it. Mattress felt like it was from 1980.Master bed had don't wrapper under it. This seems like a cleaning company or property management issue.

Perfect Seagrove location

Beachwood Villas is a small neighborhood of buildings that is very pretty. The 9B condo is on the second floor and was clean and has everything you need. It’s in a building closest to the pool and tennis court. As I’d read in a previous review, it needs a new mattress and Benchmark is letting the owner know. It’s just a walk next door to Tom Thumb or across the street to beach access. I don't know if this is a new issue, but it’s something we’ve not experienced...the condo buildings that are Gulf front on either side of the beach access are “private beaches.” You can only rent chairs that are closest to the water and everyone that brings chairs has to sit behind them in the “public beach” section, so no direct water view. The poor guys who rent chairs had to explain that all day. I’ve heard this is an issue with condos claiming ownership of the beach in Santa Rosa. We still choose Seagrove and would stay in Beachwood Villas again!
