Blue Moon is a wonderfully updated family beach retreat located in Old Seagrove Beach on Scenic Highway 30A. Just across the street is easy access to beautiful sandy-white beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Seagrove home can accommodate up to 8 with a king master suite, 2 queen guest rooms and a sofa that pulls out to a queen bed. The home has been thoughtfully updated with the most modern and artistic touches - but don't worry, this blue beauty still has its Old Seagrove charm. Cozy up in the living area and watch your favorite vacation movie on the generous flat-screen TV. Or just curl up with a book in those early mornings while you wait for the rest of the family to wake up and start the day. There's even a writing desk at the front of the home in case you need to squeeze in some work or remote learning for school. Don't spend all your days in front of the laptop, there's so much to explore around the 30A area!

Cook up a BBQ feast at the picnic-style charcoal grill in the fenced-in back yard. There's plenty of room outside to soak up the Florida sunshine with tables and seating at the back and side of the home. Enjoy relaxing on the front porch swing or at the beautiful community pool just a short walk away. Maybe rent a Yolo Board or kayak from local vendors on 30A, and enjoy a warm summer day on the water.

Perfect location with awesome restaurants nearby. Famous Seaside a short bike ride to the west and Rosemary Beach to your east on 30A. If you plan on going to Destin or Panama City Beach shopping, you are centrally located right in between both locations. Try your hand at shoreline fishing in the Gulf or catching a Big Red fish in the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Wonderful Location

Excellent! The location was very suitable and the house was very accommodating for the four of us. The distance to the beach access was as communicated to us.
The house was clean and in a nice peaceful location. We rented bikes and found that we were within a short bike ride of all the places we visited. The amphitheater area in nearby Seaside was very accessible by bike ride and provided a very nice relaxing atmosphere for time away from the beach. The food trailers there provide excellent variety for lunch break.

A Good Choice

We had a nice week at Blue Moon. The house was clean and neat. It is in a convenient location on a quiet little street with only a short walk to the beach, Subway, or Tom Thumb. There is a supermarket within a couple of miles. It was a good choice.

Great HOuse!

Our family of four has just eturned from the Blue Moon. We arrived on Friday, Oct. 3, 2018 and left on Tuesday. The Bue Moon was very very nice. Furnished as the website indicates. It was very clean. Upon arrival the house was very welcoming (air conditioning turned down, lights turned on, ice make full fo ice. Refrigerator was spic and span as well as baths and kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. Beach access was ok also.

Blue Moon is a beautiful house on a quiet street. We found it very comfortable and just what we needed for our girls trip. It was about a 10-minute walk from the beach and not a far drive to several restaurants. The kitchen was well set up for us to do some cooking and we appreciat ed that there was a Publix nearby. We had a question about internet connection and both the owner and Garrett Realty responded quickly with a solution. We would definitely stay at Blue Moon again!!
