Located in the tranquil community of Seacrest Beach, Blue 9 is a small complex that sits right on the Gulf of Mexico. The private beach access directly out your back door offers your family a truly special vacation getaway. This fully private beach is just for Blue 9 and its 9 townhomes and offers so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a beach day. You’re still close to great shopping and restaurants, easily accessed by bike or car. The 19-mile bike path that follows all of 30A runs right in front of the property.

Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy - you'll find it right outside your front door.

Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Peace and quiet

We had a wonderful time. We have been coming to this property for over 8 yrs. The weather couldn't have been better. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Unfortunately, the dolphins were on vacation somewhere else. We usually see them while we enjoy our morning coffee, but they had other plans. No problem, we'll be back.

Location was perfect. Condo was so close to the water, kids could come and go without worry.

Love Our Time!

Loved our time at Blue Nine 3. The private Beach was perfect! The slow internet & cell service were a bit of problem since 2 of our kids needed to work remote on & off while we were there. We would love it if that could updated if possible, because we would love to come back. Suggestions: Hot pads are needed in the kitchen. Outlets in master bath didn’t work.

Great location!

We loved the location and beach access. The unit was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. There was a dining room chair that was coming apart and an upstairs ceiling fan didn't work. The unit is very comfortable and accommodating but could use an update.

Beach Front

The property was clean and well prepared for guests. Having a key code made arrival late at night very convenient. The view from the condo was spectacular and the location was convenient for anything we wanted to do. The decorating was older but it had the perfect amount of seating for our group. It was a happy trip for all!

Wonderful Time on the Emerald Coast

Once again life is good on the Emerald Coast. My family and I have been traveling to the 30A area for over twenty years, (Destin, Fort Walton over forty years) and once again a superb experience was had by all. This is our third year staying at the incredible Blue Nine townhomes. Our family truly enjoyed our stay there again for 2020. Our townhome was clean, everything worked perfectly and the view of the ocean was outstanding.

It certainly exceeded our expectations. The staff at Benchmark was professional and knowledgeable. I certainly recommend employing Benchmark for your next vacation to 30A.
