We've been staying at the Blue Nine condos for many years now and have never been disappointed. The beach front access is perfect and the location nestled between the crazy of Seaside and Rosemary is perfect.

Our family loved this location! Clean property with all furnishings we needed - except patio chairs and towels. Two of the 4 chairs were rusted & broken. We notified management but as with calls to request enough towels for each guest, we had to leave a message that wasn’t timely returned. Wish the office had been fully staffed. Beach was beautiful, though, property was quiet, and we look forward to our next trip!

We do apologize for the inconvenience this cased dring the stay, we can assure you that this should not be present for future stays! In regards to the towels please note that towels are provided based on the amount that the unit sleeps. Guests are always encouraged to do laundry during their stay. We apologize that we were not as responsive as you wanted s to be. Please be reminded that we can be contacted via text, chat, email or phone call. If you call and get diverted to our voice mail box, we usually respond as soon as possible to voice mails as they are treated as a priority. We are so happy that despite the aforementioned hiccups; you had a great stay and that you are already looking forward to another trip. We hope we can welcome you again soon.

We loved our convenient location to the beach and the beautiful view. The deck and upstairs patio were well kept and nice to sit on and enjoy the ocean view. The property was just as described. The kitchen had a lot of utensils/cooking tools/bar tools. Some storage containers would have been helpful. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but overall the living area and 3 bedrooms were very nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The property was clean. Good communication from the management company. Thanks for a fun week away.

We have stayed at Blue Nine for what is probably decades by now. The beach is private and you can always find a large spot on the water. We bring all our food so we don't eat out. The steps down to the water will need a total overhaul soon, but other than that everything is great. These units are not new, but they are well kept. There was no plastic drinkware in this unit (other than 2 sippy cups) - but lots of fancy drink glasses.
