Gulf-front living in Seacrest Beach. Stunning views from the main living area and from your master bedroom retreat. Walk right out your back door and down the complex's private boardwalk to the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast.

As you walk into the open concept living you'll be wowed by the Gulf views. The living area is ready for comfort with a large sectional and oversized chair. Right off the living area is also a coffee bar with Keurig. Makes it easy to grab a cup of coffee in the morning and head out to catch a sunrise on the patio.

The dining area has seating for 6 and there is also more seating outside for dining al fresco. The 1st bedroom is downstairs while the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs along with the washer and dryer.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed + Twin daybed. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV and private balcony. Private bathroom with shower.

Blue 9:
Located in the tranquil community of Seacrest Beach, Blue 9 is a small complex that sits right on the Gulf of Mexico. The private beach access directly out your back door offers your family a truly special vacation getaway. This fully private beach is just for Blue 9 and its 9 townhomes and offers so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a beach day. You’re still close to great shopping and restaurants, easily accessed by bike or car. The 19-mile bike path that follows all of 30A runs right in front of the property.

Seacrest Beach:
Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy - you'll find it right outside your front door.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great location, best views!

Our family loved this location! Clean property with all furnishings we needed - except patio chairs and towels. Two of the 4 chairs were rusted & broken. We notified management but as with calls to request enough towels for each guest, we had to leave a message that wasn’t timely returned. Wish the office had been fully staffed. Beach was beautiful, though, property was quiet, and we look forward to our next trip!

We loved our convenient location to the beach and the beautiful view. The deck and upstairs patio were well kept and nice to sit on and enjoy the ocean view. The property was just as described. The kitchen had a lot of utensils/cooking tools/bar tools. Some storage containers would have been helpful. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but overall the living area and 3 bedrooms were very nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The property was clean. Good communication from the management company. Thanks for a fun week away.

Best Location

We have stayed at Blue Nine for what is probably decades by now. The beach is private and you can always find a large spot on the water. We bring all our food so we don't eat out. The steps down to the water will need a total overhaul soon, but other than that everything is great. These units are not new, but they are well kept. There was no plastic drinkware in this unit (other than 2 sippy cups) - but lots of fancy drink glasses.
