Gulf-front living in Seacrest Beach. Stunning views from the main living area and from your master bedroom retreat. Walk right out your back door and down the complex's private boardwalk to the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast.

As you walk into the open concept living you'll be wowed by the Gulf views. The living area is ready for comfort with a large chaise sectional and oversized chair. Right off the living area is also a coffee bar with Keurig. Makes it easy to grab a cup of coffee in the morning and head out to catch a sunrise on the patio.

The dining area has seating for 6 and there is also more seating outside for dining al fresco. The 1st bedroom is downstairs while the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs along with the washer and dryer.

Bedroom 1, 1st Floor: Queen bed with TV. Shares 1st floor full bathroom.
Bedroom 2, 2nd Floor: Queen bed + Twin daybed with private bathroom.
Bedroom 3, 2nd Floor: King master suite with TV, private balcony and private bathroom.

Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy - you'll find it right outside your front door.

We have stayed at Blue Nine for what is probably decades by now. The beach is private and you can always find a large spot on the water. We bring all our food so we don't eat out. The steps down to the water will need a total overhaul soon, but other than that everything is great. These units are not new, but they are well kept. There was no plastic drinkware in this unit (other than 2 sippy cups) - but lots of fancy drink glasses.
