Beach Wedding

We were there for a family wedding. Overall the house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with plenty of plates, silverware, small appliances and cooking utensils. We could have used more hangers. It would have been nice to have a few menus from local restaurants and/ or a "booklet" with local restaurants.

Great stay, very close to the beach. Good location to surrounding towns on 30A with a quick golf cart or car ride. Easy beach access. Very nice and clean house.

It was beautiful! Great experience, benchmark was so helpful for any and all questions we had! The house was perfect for us as well! The kids had enough room to play, as well as the adults! Great location, quiet neighborhood, we would definitely stay here again!

Right by the beach

Beautiful home. Very close walk to the beach. Large spacious kitchen and very nice Webber grill on the back patio. The only negatives were that there wasn’t a pool, WiFi didn’t work for days until we called benchmark, and there were several large cockroaches we had to kill.

Perfect for our beach vacation

We loved this place. It was the right location for us. The walk to the beach is short. The house met our needs completely. The kitchen is perfect for a large group. The dinner table sat our whole group of 10. I will try to book this place again next year.

Most relaxing & amazing week!

We loved the Brezza, walking in, it was even prettier and bigger than in the pictures! Very clean, bright, and fun decor! The location was prime, we only had a few minute walk right to the beach! We went to seaside one day and that was just a 10 minute drive! We are already planning to come back to the same house next year! Hunter with Benchmark was super helpful with all of my annoying questions! I definitely recommend this house, we had an absolute blast!
