Walk right out onto your back patio and feel instantly relaxed by the peace and serenity of the nature that surrounds you. Located near the Gulf and Lake Powell, there are an endless amount of water activities to partake in such as paddle boarding and kayaking.

Beach Access:
Head down Carillon Market Street onto Lakefront drive, take a left onto Beachside Gardens and beach access 96 will be on your left.

Carillon Beach:
Carillon Beach is a gated upscale beachside village between Inlet Beach & Panama City Beach. Walk along the promenade to the town area which includes a chapel nestled in the trees by Lake Carillon plus restaurants and shopping. There are tennis and pickle ball courts as well. Paved roads and sidewalks create a safe place for kids to ride bikes and walk to activities. Bicycles are available for rent at Carillon Village.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
