Casa Palmera is a stunning Blue Mountain Beach home boasting light colors with coastal touches across 3 stories. The 1st floor is the main hub with the kitchen, living, and dining areas offering plenty of space for everyone to gather together. Head on the back patio if you're in the mood to grill. The master suite is on the 2nd floor with the other 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

The location speaks for itself being within walking distance to unique shops, restaurants, and most importantly your beach access. Casa Palmera is 4 blocks to the beautiful white sand beach.

When you return from the beach head to the beautiful complex pool. Surrounding the pool, you'll find several loungers and tables as well as the fitness center. Once you've burned off those calories, don't forget to check out Blue Mountain Creamery. The best ice cream in the area! Plus, Casa Palmera is a dog-friendly retreat, so your four-legged family members can join in the fun.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor: Sofa pulls out to a queen bed.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, private balcony. Private bathroom with jetted tub, dual sinks and shower.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, private balcony.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk, TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Beach Access:
Head out of the neighborhood and go south on 83 where it ends at Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access. You can also access the private deeded beach access heading out the neighborhood via 30A where you'll go south, taking Blue Lupine Way through a gate and past Blue Lupine Condominiums.
Distance: .6 miles | Time: 11 minutes walking, 3 minutes biking.

The Village Of Blue Mountain Beach:
Legend has it that sailors gave Blue Mountain Beach its name when they spotted the beach’s tall dunes covered in Blue Lupine flowers. The Village is a gated community of both homes and condos directly off of 30A with easy access to all the Blue Mountain Beach area has to offer. The complex has private deeded beach access that is just minutes away. Fabulous pool days are steps away at a generously-sized pool surrounded by loungers and lush greenery.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
