Cassine Gardens 186 is a fully renovated townhome with a calming coastal chic design. The finishes and attention to detail throughout are something you're sure to love. What makes this unit even better is that it backs up to the beautiful nature trails in the community. You'll enjoy an amazing sense of privacy and seclusion as you overlook the old cypress trees you're surrounded by.

This is a family friendly rental that conveniently comes with both a Pack 'N Play and a high chair. The kitchen is fully equipped for your meal prep needs - not to mention it offers an amazing selection of small appliances. There is a convenient half bathroom on the 1st floor of this main open concept living area. The washer and dryer are just off the back deck tucked away in a closet. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and shared hallway full bathroom.

Enjoy the shaded relaxation in your outdoor spaces both upstairs and downstairs. Head straight out your back deck to enjoy the Nature Trail. Take advantage of the gas grill to grill up an amazing BBQ feast at the end of a long beach or pool day.

BEACH ACCESS
Head south out of the neighborhood, turning right onto Myrtle. Take this out to Highway 30A, and cross the road to the bike path. just west on 30A at Seagrove Place is your beach access.

CASSINE GARDENS
Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood in a natural setting. This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach features on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, and a pond. Take a 5-minute walk along the bricked sidewalks to the pristine sands of the Emerald Coast. The kids can explore the nature trail or fish from the bridge over the community pond. And, they can enjoy their bikes along the quiet streets or the family can pedal to Seaside. There are 26 miles of trails along 30A. You’re only a short walk for a pizza at Brozinni’s Pizzeria or your favorite pasta dish at Angelina’s. Make reservations at Café Thirty-A for an upscale dining experience, or bike to Goatfeather’s Seafood for the catch of the day.

SEAGROVE BEACH
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Better Experience

The folks at Benchmark were very kind and helpful. The property was fine and clean. The negative is that maintenance crews were all around during the 5 day stay. They were cleaning with water pressure hoses, cleaning all around the property. The workers were polite, but the noise of the equipment was constant. The workers were out front one day, then out back another day, and somewhere nearby every other day. Not great fun to sit on your balcony and watch them clean along with loud noise. I think it would be great if Benchmark could provide a schedule of planned maintenance/repairs per property to inform guests of what to expect during their stay. That would be more fair. We pay $$$ for a pleasant experience. Am I expecting too much?

Great Place to Stay!

We had a great experience at Cassine Gardens 186. It was super clean and very well furnished. The nature trails were fun for our kids and the Cassine Gardens area is beautiful. Will be back!
