“Cast Away” is a Gulf-front townhome on the quiet, family oriented, west end of Panama City Beach! This home offers incredible views from the spacious downstairs kitchen and living area as well as the master bedroom on the 2nd level. The 1st floor features a guest bedroom and full bath, laundry room, kitchen with all amenities you will need, large dining and living space with access to an open deck affording perfect views and stairwell down to the beach. A grill is on the beach deck.

The 2nd floor features the master bedroom overlooking the glorious Gulf of Mexico and has an en-suite bath with a vanity area and a private balcony overlooking the beach as well. Also on the second floor is the second guest bedroom that accommodates 2 full beds, bunk beds with a trundle and also has an attached bath. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions.

This property is what paradise is all about. It offers the convenience to be able to drive right in to your private garage and be on the beach in a minute. The location is great with Publix, Winn-Dixie, CVS and Bayou Bill’s Crab House less than a mile away, Pier Park is close and Rosemary Beach is right around the corner. Free wifi is provided.

2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: 2 full beds, twin-over-twin bunk bed, twin trundle. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Panama City Beach:
You’re about 10 minutes from Pier Park, with lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options and 10 minutes to Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach. You get to experience everything Scenic 30A has to offer for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor or Seaside.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
